Fantastic gym out there in Coimbatore. Always a bit crowdy. One negative thing is that the trainers compel you to take supplements. Though, had a good experience there. Trainers will help you very well.

Honestly for the value of money and how friendly the coach and people are , it's worth 10x the amount for sure. I can't wait to get back to it.

Good old school gym with loaded machines and with good tariff that wont make a hole in ur pocket

Terrific gym! The person who runs this gym doubles as a personal trainer for each member. Everyone here is courteous and nice. Equipment is not modern but is maintained very well. Also there are enough treadmills, cycles, steppers, ellipticals, dumbbells, bars, and weight training equipment for everyone to use without waiting when you are here. You want to go here if you want a serious workout everyday. I totally recommend this gym.

Best Gym in Saibaba colony. Spacious. Trainers are always there to help you. No separate fees for cardio or muscle building. Old school gym, but very effective with proper diet. Affordable fees structure. Try to take 6 months, 1 year, 2 year plans compare to monthly plan to save lot of money. Very friendly trainers. Only iron plates no rubber plates so be careful while handling. All the best

It’s undeniably one of the best gyms in CBE. But there are areas that need some improvement. i.e., the Barbells should be replaced with new ones or there is something should be done regarding the knurling of the available barbells. There are not enough weight plates (20 KG) especially because the gym has got 2 leg press machines and is crowded in the early to mid-mornings.

Best fitness centre for for both sex .Good euipments and trainers .I am a life member.

Has ample weights but threadmill isn't adequate.

Joined in 2013 Dec,power house branch for lifetime membership. Went there till 2016 and due to work had to relocate ,came back in 2019 and joined again.. Due to Lockdown didn't go there and now post this pandemic ,I heard it has been completely shut down without prior information.🙄

Fantastic place to train. Price is a bit on the higher side, but fully justified given the vast amount of equipment and machines they have. Getting a lifetime membership if you are settled in Coimbatore is a good idea.
