One of the best gyms situated at the footsteps of the Ondipudur busstand. This gym only has power gym equipment, which is preferable for people who are looking to maintain their fitness and get into shape. The owners/ instructors are very friendly and good experts when it comes to teaching the exercises. If you're a fitness enthusiast or planning to workout to get into shape, then Arnold Power Gym is the place for you!
