You can experience the beauty of mother nature. Provides a stunning view of the mountain valley. Rather than the velley view the views during the journey is more attracting with mountains and thick vegetation

Nothing much than a view of the valley. Come if you have spare time. Avoid if you are running short of it.

Awesome view point. Everyone must visit this place during the evening hours and sunset is the main attraction here. You can take snaps of persons, vehicles or the view itself which is super awesome. You can also park your vehicle at the view point and there is space to park 10-12 vehicles at a time. Atleast visit this place once you visit Ooty. Try it and enjoy.

Very good place for nature lovers. This place is full of tea parks. You can stay in Tents at ketti valley to see the sunrise view. From Ooty it is around 15km by road. And the road was superb. If you want to stay in Tents then 1km road to tent wasn't good(metal road). Apart from that everything is very good

The view is just awesome. From here you can see the valley, Ooty train route, an old church. They have set up a telescope and charge 10 rs per person to even enter into the area. Don't fall prey for it. You can see the view from outside itself. It's just awesome as it seems from inside the paid place. To be honest whichever place you stop at on the way to Ooty, it looks the same. There are local sightseeing travel facility available in Ooty. They make ketti valley itself as a point of attraction which is absolutely not worthy. I would give 5 stars for the view but because they were charging 10 rs to see the view i wanna give only one star.

Though it may not look like a view point as it is on main road but still you can see a good view of the road beside tea garden. Not recommended as a part of to-do list but if you’re passing by or staying nearby then you can visit. I had dslr so was able to click good view.

INR 10 is charged as entry fee. You can see the settlements of certain tribes, British era church etc... through a telescope. Views will be a retreat for our eyes. You can also see the Nilgiris toy train from here.

Very nice view from top. The hills, green landscape, the Toy train line, mettupalayam city. The virw point is just by the road side. A Telescope hut from where one can have a great panoramic view.

The Ketti Valley view point is a scenic overlook in Ketti, located in the Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu, India. The viewpoint is located on the Ketti Valley Road at an altitude of about 2,000 meters (6,500 feet). The view from the point gives a panoramic view of the picturesque Ketti Valley, the surrounding hills, and the tea plantations. The view point is a popular tourist destination and can be reached by car or by trekking.

Breathtaking view. It's located on the road to Conoor. It's more like quick stop over for tourists. If anyone wants to stay there, tents are available. It gives you 360Β° panoramic view of the largest valley. Wind and clouds seemed to be touching my face. I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty. Highly recommended. But keep the area clean please.

This is one of the best places I have seen around Ooty to see the tea plantation. Worth a visit if you want to see a beautiful valley with tea plantation. It’s just a view point and won’t take much of your time.

Ketti valley view point is a very peaceful place which I ever visited before. Mind will be calm and feels very happy and satisfy. Beautiful hills are enriched and snows , and clouds will nearly to us and can enjoy it. Lot of parking spaces are available for four wheels . The drive to Ketti valley view point is awesome.

Great views from up there. Worth a visit. Cutting the overgrown trees around could add a lot more to the beautiful views.

Never miss place while going to ooty. You will just spend only 15 mints max. There are some steps to go down towards carrot plantation. You can take some pics there. You might hear some dogs barking. Just be aware of it.

View is good ... But don't follow it on Google map if u want to enjoy the Toy Train Ride as the station is little far from this point.

Ketti also called Ketti Valley is a small town nestled in a large valley of the same name. It is located in The Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu State, South India and is a Revenue Village of Coonoor Taluk. Upper Ketti is another village called Yellanahalli, which is located on the main Coonoor to Ooty road.

When you have such a great location called the "valley view' which is the largest valley after Switzerland. The advertisment painted on the houses on one side is an eye sore. When the district administration is busy cleaning up plastics and garbage, they also should look into this and remove such rubbish that spoils the beauty of the Hill station.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Best place to visit, worth are: 1) its near to Doddabetta pick, about 2 km. 2) i will give 100% better experience than Government botanical garden, because of less crowd. 3) suggest to go by own car or taxi/cab. 4) kids park also available and its far better than Gov. πŸ‘πŸ‘ I did have a lot of fun in this place. The sight from this Garden is mesmerising. There is something about this place that I felt very warm and cozy. After 4 pm the sun rays felt so great coming through the trees and the breeze was making my hair fly. Oh! I love this Tea Garden ❣️
