REDBUS is one of the worst service provider in India. Except their App everything is worst. I lost lots of money because of their sub standard service. Even if they commit any mistake & if you lost money they never won't reimburse it. So I stopped booking through them. Amazon service is excellent. PAYTM is also good.

Very very poor...bus time Arrival 6.15 am but 1.5 hours late. Bus Driver going very speed.... Very Risk Driving. this bus not a AC Sleeper bus. Only Parcel Service bus.

Beaware!!! Redbus is fine to use until everything goes as expected. If your bus operator cancels your bus then forget about your money. You will never get it back if u don't keep calling them for refund.. my bus got cancelled one month back and my refund is not yet done..I have been reaching customer support every day and the answer I get each day is u ll get your refund by today.. still waiting for refund..very poor customer service from a reputed site. Disappointed:(

zero star not available. So i give 1 star. Sir/Mam, Iam siva subramanian. i booked in dhanam travels by redbus on 24.12.2018. and ticket conformed immediately. departure time:10pm dec 29.12. 2018. But they sent message on 29.12.2018 at 1.52pm (on jouney date)which your ticket cancelled. Then i tried to contact both of them (thanam travels and redbus). But i can't. after more time they contact me via whattsapp. but in whatsapp chat they didn't give proper information. they chat repeated same words for my questions like machines. Here don't attached that file. If attached that file you are shocked. i mentally and physically disappointed. that chating i atattched here. still now i don't get refund amount rs1284. they told refund amount will credit 2-7 working days. Why they take 7 working days. This is my amount. they cancelled without my knowledge in jouney date. This is their business. Friends they are cheating. So don't register here. and then i will go to social medias. also i did complaint in consumer complaints with whatsapp chat.

i am honestly saying that while booking in red bus . the customer care executive is not even able to handle a problem she just not even solving customers problem

Redbus is a scam. No time valuations. Every other bus on this site is running late and theres absolutely no intima regarding the same. Been sitting on the road for almost an hour now. What kind of service is this,no physical office to report the issue. This is a big scam we customers are facing. They should mention it on the booking site that the bus runs late,no value or regard of the customers time. Disappointment!!

Very worst when it comes to refund if the operator cancels your ticket. This happens 1 month ago and still am contacting the RED BUS very poor service to refund the amount. Nothing comes from their side instead the operator has been cancelled the ticket again and no amount returned.

Don't book group tickets through Redbus website because, you will not be able to cancel a single passenger. You have to cancel all the tickets and rebook again. Redbus has to improve their website.

Redbus is such worst and 3rd class service...3times I faced issues in delay and last minute bus cancelation but nono souluti from them..uselse service. I would strongly suggest to not prefer redbus service...

I paied 1899 per ticket. The seat was fully covered with bugs.. The bus driver never stopped for dinner They never allowed us to have more laggage Adding fun ..the bus got break down and the back up bus got delayed by 4 hours. The bus company nor redbus was not able to give us any proper directions.. Really un happy with the service This is not my first experience.. Redbus and Kerala lines will be my last priority for travel now..after looting so much from the customer.. customer service is still 0 Really unhappy #travled from BANGALORE to Kayamkulam on March 2.

On the Day of March 7th Thursday, I booked the ticket cbe to Chennai in Red Bus app..The payment was done in my Debit Card of Rs.1905/-or more than else.But the Receipt of booking ha don’t came yet.? I raised the complaint still now there is no answer from me, Saying that within 12hrs will solve and give nu said on yesterday. Two days before the same reason said to me but they said within 24hrs we will solve to that? I did no what is going on? See to that and rectify my problem soon within 12hrs or 24hrs. This what ur all seeing the customer

Such a bad service from redbus... I strongly recommend pls don't avail redbus. Not at all worry about passengers.

Booked ticket thru redbus in KPN travels from Pondicherry to Coimbatore and vice versa on 10th and 11th of march 2020. But both the buses were cancelled and it was pathetic to see such a situation. I never going to recommend red bus in future to anyone.

Very very worst service, They are helping only bus operators and booking agents, forgery fellows, for the money they will do anything like will play in our life. Don't choose Redbus, i strongly recommend donot use and recommend any one.
