I travelled with them to Europe for about two weeks. It is the worst travel company I have ever seen. It was a waste of money and time. They go on cancellation spree once we reach europe. They don't care about us. They even short supplied water bottles and saved money. They froze the foods for their gain. Total mismanagement. They entrusted this big Europe tour to a fraud guide who only misguided us most of the time. It is wrong company for tour. This is what I realised after the tour with them. The owner is an expert in dodging.

One of my friends referred me Emperor travels for a degree certificate attestation to Abu Dhabi. They said it will take 10 to 15 days for attestation and charged 8,500 for it. The process was smooth and I had my certificate attested in 11 days.

Recently I went for a short trip to Bali, I would say it became one of the best trips in my life ! The beauty of the city, the nature and the water activities everything was extraordinary, it was more than my imagination, persons who went to Bali can able to relate what I’m telling ! He’s a very soft person , who made each one of us comfortable and he made sure everyone enjoys ! I am in a Goa trip organised by Emperor travels Coimbatore, guide name Raja.. Particularly about Raja's knowledge about goa and guidance given was extremely outstanding.. What we felt bad was, poor organization or tour plan..room has booked far from all sites litrelly it takes around 2 hours to reach most of the sites.. We had very less site seeing time due to long travel.. company must have focused on it earlier. Since well experienced company we did not mind that initially. Rooms we got was not good also. Kindly refer image But we paid and got service not equal to that. Regarding transport vehicle was not good maintained. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I availed their forex services, they were quick and very reasonably priced for the conversion rate. Other forex's were higher rates in comparison. They are very niche and customer oriented :)

I had recommended Emperor Traveline to a friend for their Australian visa. Though there were minor delays with getting the right documents and submitting the application, Prakash from the Visa section was very patient and helpful in getting the application submitted. My friend's family got their Visa within 3 weeks of submitting their application and they were super happy with the service provided by Prakash. I would definitely recommend ET to my friends and family for their visa services.

Absolute unprofessionalism as far as my experience goes. No follow up or expert advice. Maybe they are good with package deals but individualised itinerary for international travel - they don't seem to have enough experience, especially for Latin Americancountries. I ended up booking my international travel myself. I had handed them the itinerary myself , what else could I have done, I wonder ! I do not see them capable of planning specialised international tours. Wouldn't recommend. Not satisfied with the way they handled my request. :(

Just had an wonderful Bali trip. Emperor travels made it an wonderful experience. Everything has been arranged perfectly from departure days dinner till arrival. Mrs Nayaki followed up with everything and made the booking and travel hassle free. Mr Vishnu Vasanth na, such an wonderful person, felt like our family member, guided us politely and responsive in all the situations. It was a group of 46 members with Children, girls and elders of 70+. Everyone felt safe and relaxed throughout the journey. Thank you emperor for Making our travel memorable one🙏🏼

Not even worth for 1 start worst customer service , I would leave zero stars if I could , awful experience with sowndarya as well as the owner of this travels . Truly not recommended 🙏🏻 we lost almost 1 lakhs rupees on air tickets as well stressed too much because of their carelessness.

Very poor customer service. Approached them to book a flight. They think they are the monopolies in booking flight tickets. They know nothing about latest flight requirements. They find it so lazy to talk to customers and answer them. Unsatisfied and booked a ticket with a flexible agent. Poor service by Mr. Robin ( International Tickets)

I have never met them in person but their service was top notch. I contacted them from the US to book tickets for my parents during the pandemic. 30.09.23 to 4.10.23 went on tour organised by Emperor traveline to Dubai . All details of Travel , Stay , Sightseeing and Food were well organised. Everything went on smoothly. Except for waiting in queues which cannot be avoided we didn't have to wait anywhere else. Food was pretty good was provided on time. Local guide Mr.Malik was very informative. All drivers of buses for travel locally were safe.Hotel organised by Emperor Traveline was good.Mr.UdayaKumar Rajendran of Emperor Traveline was helpful as well. Not interested anymore. The staff member whom I had interacted with didn't seem to have much subject knowledge. Also while she was attending to us, she started attending to another customer who came much later than us. We waited for her to return to us but she kept herself engaged with the other customer. We waited for more than 15 minutes and as she "did not not have time" to attend to us, we just walked away and got our work done by another agency in no time!!! Suggest the management to give their staff an orientation course on how to deal with the customers pleasantly and inclination.

Too high commission charges Asking 2x of money for a tourist visa... that is not far.double the amount is unfair Thank you for your response 😊. I approached for e-visa which cost around 2500 but they quoted me 5000 rupees. They asked 2500 as a service charge and some part to your third party agency. It is totally unfair
