We were 6 people so we took Innova for 5 days trip. Earlier I was little worried for the service and driving part but I experienced amazing service and everything that we need. Car was really comfortable and clean. Especially thank you to Kannan - We called him “Anna”, not less than a buddy. He made our trip amazing with his calm driving and friendly gestures. We were travelling with our toddlers for the first time and we wanted to spend some time relaxing on the hills. Ramesh Anna drove us from Coimbatore to Kotagiri and stayed back with us for 4 days. Our Resort was at Kotagiri (nearby to Ooty) in the middle of a plantation. He was so patient and amazing that we hardly felt any difference that it was a cab. He knows in and around places so very well that we never had to wait even for a minute for anything. It was so badly raining and foggy that we hardly could do sightseeing yet he managed to take us to some famous spots so we could see something. The best part is we got back on the day of Diwali and he never complained. He neither pushed us to start early nor demand extra money for staying back on the day of the festival. Absolutely a memorable trip and thanks to Anna to make it even more memorable.

We hired a taxi from Priyam travels from Coimbatore, for our vacation to Ooty. It was a pleasant journey through out. My experience with this travels - Read this comment before you decide. I have booked a taxi from this travels (for 3 days Ooty trip) based on its google review, though other travels provide service in less price with long range of KM distance. So I'm one of the victim of this. There was a driver swap in my 3 days of the package booking. The first driver who has picked up us, was very bad, as he has spoiled our vacation mode. He was not responsive, he was hesitate to take us to the tourist attractions, he was keen in stopping at the commission shops, which made our day very bad. Also, very rash driving in the hills which makes us frustrated and it felt not safe. I have never met a driver like this based on my trips so far (I do travel a lot!). Then after complaining to the travels, they changed the driver. Although, the first impression was very bad and I personally won't prefer this travels again.

Was a very cheerful experience. He interacted very well and proactively suggested good hotels and tourist spots. He became a member of our family in course of the journey. I would definitely suggest you to try them out and enjoy their service for yourself.

Not very good in service. Driver I always trying to save time by not showing places. I recently booked cab for 4 days, but not satisfied with the service I got for the amount I paid. Also they said that the car will be till 9 Pm. Driver didn't stayed till 9 Pm and asked us to clear the payment by 6pm. Not satisfied with the amount I Paid for the service also. Not very keen to show places around to the tourists. Company should work on this .

This was our 1st trip to Ooty and to South of India.
