Hamleys is a great place for toys and fun all together. Though this outlet is not so big but one can go and find some good toys which are in every hamley store. Their brookfield store is bigger than this. This is 2nd floor near that scary house. The staff here is also not so elaborative or helpful.

Nice place to buy all the branded toys in one place. This place has limited Lego collection. Most of the toys are imported from China. The staff are very friendly in selecting the toys. The price is on higher side. Only down side is the parking and waiting time for exit from the mall.

Good collection of items. But the pricing is where, a a consumer couldn't justify!! The same item, of same quality I bought at Mini-So or shops around SB Colony or 5-corner. The difference is min 3 times!! Guess I'm paying 95% for the name 'Hamley' and 5% for the product here!

The price is high but the tots and quality products are good the staffs who.work there are quite polite and they are responding well to the customers they serve the customers with full heart and the place is well maintained and the toys are more catchy and attractive

Absolutely love this palce. We took our 1 year old niece here and she was excited at evey soft toy that was there. Although this place is a bit expensive for toys, it is worth it. The fur in soft toys are in a way that doesn't affect kids. Good place to buy toys. Very friendly staff.

Just a brief visit... toys, you are the world. The choices are too many..with great offers. Kids would love the choices available here. Give your self atleast a couple of hours to experience the multitude of choices of toys..

It's a nice place to engage the kids during mall, hamleys had many demo toys to engage the kids, Best Deals on Hamleys Games, Toys and More. Low Prices. All kids has to try once, my daughters favorite toy store, she will be there for 3 to 4 hrs to play and explore more toys

Love this place for the vibe. Lot of options category wise and age wise. It does give a costly side toy store look but they have toys in 500rs range too. They gift pack if required for free of cost. The energy of the staffs are great.

They have a lot of collections but most of them are not unique or interesting games for kids. Also, plastic related games or toys are not durable.

When I inquired about use of gift cards they said gift can be used only on MRP products, not on products with offers on sale. When I was selecting some merchandise, while at that time your staff just removed the signage which mentions the offers and its details. I felt that time itself should move out of the shop but my entire family was there hence I didn't. Would have bought some merchandise really I like it....Since my kid insists on one particular product, I came from Chennai and took him to your shop, particularly! Anyways bought that one. Experience is just a breach of trust!

Costly Costly Costly Do not take your kids inside. They will let your kid play with anything you want and it will become hard to disappoint your kids.

It has good number of toys for infants and for children, a well maintained place with fine service but price is overrated

Quality of the soft toys are really good and other play toys are durable and survived throws from my kid. But yes it's little on the expensive side.

Overpriced toys. For some reason the stuffed toys have eyes that could scare small kids. Asked the store to gift wrap a toy and found it covered in a red paper filled with Hamley's logo. Shameless self promotion and totally unattractive for any kid. Not happy with the experience.

The store and stock is fine. We shipped for a 3 year old's Birthday gift and asked for a gift wrapper. The only wrapper they have is a plain red one with the brand name all over!! In very bad taste, most unsuitable for children and desperate marketing ploy!

Loved it. It is an amazing shop for the kids. Different varieties of toys are available for all ages. Educational info toys and games are also available.

Most of the top brands are missing. Totally disappointed. 90% of the categories are for girls. We couldn't find something new or unique in the store.

Many products worth buying for one to make their partner or child love them. A bit expensive though, as we all know. But still it is worth.

Various collection of play toys. A specific toy we were looking for was NOT addressed by more than two customer service associates. They were busy playing with a mobile blade rider inside the shop. Very judgemental folks even during Pandemic times. Wonder their target is Royal visitors or customers from all segments. Unless The British folks step down from the 'high-horse' & adopt customer first attitude, this one is also going to face in present times exactly what the British Empire faced in the Colonial times.
