A proper drive in beach experience in kozhikode but still in blindspot of developement. Not much have been done in a tourism point of view but still a pretty beach with beautiful sunset. Total drivable distance in around 2km. A calm and beautiful drive-in beach with fewer crowds. We can have a long drive through the beach, which covers more than 1 1/2 kilometers. A car is a better option than a bike. With a bike, it can be somewhat difficult to ride through the beach area, but half way through, it's fine. There's also a food court near the entrance of the beach that comes with a variety of dishes that are pretty decent in taste. There's also good seating with a good view towards the beach and a great vibe.

Yes it is one of the driving beache in the Malabar area, nearly 1.5km from the NH17. We can drive our vehicle on the beach side, the entire length is almost 1.5km, a nice place to spend our leisure time or weekend with family. Small tea shops are available, they provide snacks, water and chocolates.

Reached there early from Calicut by 4 so had to wait until the sunset time and then drove on the beach for a while watching sun set slowly and clicked pictures. There were sea shells and tiny crabs. Went on a Thursday around 2pm. Overcast climate so was saved from the sun heat. Only few people were around and some with Cars. Was peaceful and my family thoroughly enjoyed. We drove our vehicle through the waves and took some nice photo sessions. It's around 1hr from Kozhikode town.
