Surprised to see lots of toys in Coimbatore. Some of the toys are dream for both parents and children. It would take hours to browse all the items you want. Good service, free packaging. In every sections they've lots of veriety and you should know that it is a part of relience. They have mirror reflection house. I didn't tried it but I think it's cool. Don't bring your kids here it would be destruction for your finance. Go by yourself to purchase for your kids or for yourself. They've toys for us too adults.

A wonderful place to visit and buy toys, they have toys and games kits for all ages.. literally I loved this place, it's well- neatly maintained... The price is also good.. Ambience is great...

The worst staffs I have seen in Hamely’s. Worst experience. Staffs are not ready to explain how the toys work. That too Mr.Mukesh and another female staffs are behaving adverse to all Customers. No demo toys works here and staffs are too harsh with even kids. If Hamely’s is going to run this store with this kind of staffs definitely it will spoil its reputation.

Repeated toys. High cost. Soft toys and action figures are more which will not engage the kid for physical activity. Do not take kids to this shop as the colours of the toys attracting but it does not meet the purpose.

Hamleys Toy Shop located in Brookefields mall is an interesting shop with Children's Toys Books Activities and an excellent place for Birthday ideas shopping for Children of all ages. They also have a fun mirror maze for children upto 8 years who can be accompanied by their parents...so check it out.

As it's known for the name.. one of the best toy shop chain and it has wife varieties of toys and it's little expensive... Rather you can purchase same product in there website with discount.. they have mirror mase inside store which is new and good

Hamley's at Brook Fields is a great place to buy toys and other children items. They have a good collection of toys. Quality of Hamley's toys are great but they are comparatively expensive. We've shopped here a couple of times and the experience has been good. I loved the ambiance as well.

Here we can see the collection of different types of toys. We have the opportunity to buy each toy by knowing and seeing its uses. The spacious shop has toys for children of various age categories. Dolls, paly sets, Games and puzzle, construction and building toys, vehicle toys and track sets, different type of Gaming and Sport activities instruments etc are available. Cooperative and knowledgeable salesmen save us time in purchasing more toys.

Been there for Majic mirror house, 100rs per head.. just 5 mon fun but totally worth it. My kid enjoyed with mixed happiness like being scared and as a mystery path finder... Toys are expensive though!

We went to Hamleys to visit the mirror room. We had to wait for sometime as it was already busy. The ticket price was nominal. It was a serene experience and it was so fun. At first I seemed like a multiple mirror room, then it got exciting as the maze progressed. Everyone should visit it only once.

Mixed feelings. The toys were of good quality but the prices were a tad high. For some of the toys they don't have demo pieces. I feel they should have demo pieces for any toy that is above 500 rupees.

Rude customer service. I have been purchasing in this particular branch for more than 4 years so far I had great experience but today I had a very bad customer experience. One particular Sales staff continuously making faces and being rude to kids, the reason being kids touching the toys. After seeing his rude behaviour I just lost any appetite to buy toys . They have also asked not to take any pictures. It really killed the joy of shopping and I am sure I am never going to visit this particular branch ever and would never recommend (though I would continue to visit other Hamleys). Please I would seriously recommend to train the employees how to be polite I know it’s a difficult job handling kids and maintaining the cleanliness of the product but you need to know how to convey it sternly to your customers. We don’t visit to be get ill treated by the staff. Three years of great customer experience spoiled in a day.

You get all types of toys and you are allowed to test them they have their main shop in London United Kingdom and most imported stuff it's available in Brookfield but service not up to the mark when I checked with the service in London.but here it's ok the best toy store in India but cost vise good hamleys was a great person in great Britain and he is praised till today in uk

Very nice customer service, Bought a toy from Bengaluru and we didn't even have the box for replacement but the staffs were very friendly and once they confirmed its fault, they immediately gave replacement.

But everything will be costly. But the quality of toys will be good. This shop is for the rich people. Can play a few demo toys at the store.

Worst experience with Hamley's. As we were waiting for mirror maze more than two hours. There was now proper communication for timing waste of time. No proper service

Best place to buy toys for kids. Toys are so smooth and nice and the stitching are perfect for sponge toys. Touch and feel really good. Best quality and high price model category. Coimbatore shop have limited number of variety. As it's not big Shop like chennai. For kids they have come up with new concept mirror room must try for kids they will enjoy it, even adults 😄to enjoy it. Like said it's a high price model category per ticket price is around 150. Overall have a walk, if you are in Brookfields, this wil give different exposure for kids. Also, if you are in shop with your kids, keep in mind, some money will be burnt when you come out from the shop😄. Good day!!!

Hamleys is a British multinational toy retailer, owned by the Indian company Reliance Retail. The shop is spread across a large area. It has got some cool toys for children. The theme color of red enhances the entire showroom. The variety of toys available can help children develop their thinking capacity if they can get the opportunity to play them. Many of the toys prices are on the higher side and maybe cannot be afforded by all. A good toy can take away the attention of kids from smartphone and help them develop certain hand skills.

Pretty decent Hamley's outlet. Got variety of brands apart from Hamley's. Nice place to shop with kids.

Have visited the outlet many times but no service at all. No one is bothered about it. Visited may other outlets in India but none are like this. Worst experience ever. Do they have any survey do they even work towards it

Extensive choices for kids if one is looking for branded toys. A bit expensive though.

Only three stars for them because they don't have enough toys for children. You can see only blocks, puzzle, drawing books, etc. Also you can see toy guns which is not inspiring much. They do have skate board but only few pieces available. Not much staff to guide customers. Should improve customer service. Price is toooo costly since it is located in mall.

I did go for shopping here, but unfriendly manager doesn't want move with customer with a showoff attitude unlike other hamleys where they walk with u to explain (have been to hamleys at Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, even at the connecting airports) but here it gave a worst feel. Oh yes, they mostly said stock did not arrive for what all we choose to buy from the demos in remote car session, don't be disheartened if u planned to buy ur favourites. They only have monster cars that any other local shops / online stores carry.

They should consider about the price of the toys. Have a wonderful collection but definitely not budget friendly for middle class people.
