Very good service with good staff I had a very good experience with this salon. The staff is very good and makes you feel comfortable. The staff member (Sneha) who served me was also very cooperative and skilled and finished her work swiftly. They take their time to ensure you have a very relaxing experience. I got a facial, waxing service and also pedicure. The staff member who serviced me took her time to ensure that I get a very good experience. The staff are all very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend booking in with them for a service or two.

Dhanya was the one who helped dress my hair today and she did a rather splendid job. I’m really glad of how my hair turned out today for my farewell and it’s thanks to her. She also gave me good tips on how to take care of my hair. The place was clean and peaceful. It was a good experience. Definitely recommend

Went for a massage after a long time since my usual staff had changed and I had stopped visiting. Abhyangam by staff Maya was definitely good but what affected my rating was the fact that when I entered the massage room (prior booked appointment) and was about to enter the washroom to change, a male staff flushes the toilet and comes out! I was frankly shocked and walked out of the room. In my experience over 5 years at this place, the staff facilities are outside. When Ms Maya informed him that client is there, he said she’s outside only right? I had walked out of the room because of him!! I actually considered cancelling the appointment and going back but decided to go through with it. The fact that staff wipes their muddy shoes on the washroom mat and the client is supposed to use it barefoot is a hygiene nightmare. Entering a wet washroom to change was NOT a relaxing start to a massage experience, neither was the sharp knocking on the door, midway through the massage. Have to reiterate that Maya the therapist was really good. Management needs to address their other staffs behaviour.

It's been 2 times i cut there. The result is fine. But the way they treat ur hair is very bad. Rough handling, this will damage the hair for sure. They cut ur hair like running in a marathon. Why is there a need to go that quick? Even if i tell them, that's the way they do..! I'm only getting scalp aches.

Naturals staff Arunima - service was bad and not worth it for the cost. For medium sized hair spa she charged for long hair. Bad experience with the staff Arunima. Don't prefer her for any of your service in that saloon. She use to charge more for the service for her personal benefit instead of actual service done by her.

This is the worst haircut that I ever got. The staff did not seem to be experienced enough to be handling real hair and did not know how to properly blow dry to set the hair. Said it would be curtain bangs but it looks like I grew out bangs, it looks bad and sucks. Would not recommend
