She planned things so perfectly nd on time… second mention to our driver Mr Vipin.. these two golden hearts made our trip so whole some… this is truly not a paid review.. anyone who is planning for upcoming trip you myst choose GT holidays- they are the best… I choice this as I was inspired by DD, wikki-nayan posts… but these people are so customizable for not only for celebs but for people like us also… that cake cutting organized by the Maximunnar hotel was like a cherry on the pie… from the rooms- food- ambience- sightseeing- the everyday everything…. I would have loved to give a 5 star review, although, I had a lot of preconceived notions about traveling with a travel agency but the trip I had was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The people there are so friendly and jovial. I enjoyed like I never have. The food was awesome, they are always alert about your needs and comfort. I was traveling solo but I never felt alone or unsecured even for a moment. From the very first day I felt like I am with a family away from home. Its really hard to find such good and reliable friends when you are on a trip. I will recommend them to everyone.

While planning our honeymoon trip our first thought for a travel agency was GT Holidays and it was the best decision that we had taken. Picked over GT holidays for our family's yearly big trip. As it was the North-East this time, I had opt for a travel agent so that it's conveniently planned out for us in a foreign-language terrain... GT holidays did their best in the following areas:(+ve) - The line agent, Abirami was very professional, patiently followed up with the planning and execution - The tourist co-ordinator Ghanshyam did a splendid job of handling the schedule on time. Though the drivers aren't well versed in English, he coped in English well and helped us with the translation quite well. - The hotel bookings were very pleasantly arranged and totally loved the choices(though they were my suggestions to suit budget & preferences). They even warned prior to the locations as they were in outskirts of the town... - Even they assigned a personal followup person during our trip time to check on the status! Could've been best in the following areas: (-ve) - Assessing customer needs and giving us proper hotel stay suggestions can be better - Sharing the touring co-ordinator details at the last minute can be avoided - We experienced very bad roads on the way to the hotels. This could have been avoided had they shared local insights prior to selecting the hotels. Still, I would certainly recommend them for family outings and opt them moving forward....

We had a trip to Darjeeling and Sikkim last week thru GT holidays. It was well organized only prior to our physical visit over there. Once we landed and till we reach our home no check up calls were made. Even the Sikkim hotel stay given was not upto the mark and mainly food served over ter made us food poisioning for almost 4-5 days after our visit. No feedback calls were made even after our visit. After 5 days we only called them and informed all these issues. Most of the places were closed which was not informed to us in prior which holds their complete responsibilities before they offer us some itenary. Overall bitter experience and wasted our money about half a lac on poor handling of tour by GT holidays.

The accommodations and packages (64999) are well-planned. Excellent in both reception and other carrying. 1. Dinner with a crush is bad 2. On a desert safari, five adults ride in one cab.
