the boomer sales guy acts as if he owns the brand..worst experience at crocs brookefield..instead i reckon go buy same stuff online at a much discounted rate ..these mofo 'SALESMEN'( i would definitely not use executives) cos they behave in an unethical and uncultured way. To the manager out there please do keep a check at all of your SALESMEN MENTAL HEALTH.

This crocs shop is actually really good you must visit for daily wear footwears for mens kids for girls also the footwears are some what little costly but it's actually having the good quality and sustainability..

Very good place if you are a crocs lover. Me and my wife bought our first original crocs for each other. The shop guy was really helpful. I am really choosy when it comes to things. So he explained me for each and every item I asked. Finally made a right choice and spend 7.3k for 2 pairs. Really worth it. It suits me for all the occasions. Feeling is really comfortable. I will not switch any other brands after this. In online you can find 20% off though In crocs official website. Here he didn't give any discount for the purchase.

Today me and my family went to Brookfields mall & happened to visit crocs showroom. We had good reception & there were two good sales guys Sabheer & another person forgot the name. The worst experience with the sales guy, the rude behaviour makes to leave the shop without buying the product. For the past one year using crocs and the product is definitely a nice one and worthy but the sales person behaviour made me to leave the shop.

Last year Aug21 I bought crocs literide. Recently the top portion started to tear. I sent a email to customer care but no response. Visited the store to check the feasibility to fix this but store representative is only pushing me to accept that this can't be fixed and doesn't want to the listen concern. Surprisingly they don't have a feedback form atleast to record the customer feedback. May be Crocs dosen't want to know the customer voice since it' a premium brand

One of the worst showroom I have ever shopped with. The illiterate staffs with zero knowledge on footwears. You won't get size for your favourite colors. If you want more collections, pls dnt shop here, not recommended.
