Very neatly maintained PG. Stayed there for 3 weeks. Good service, food and ambience. Location was also great. Regarding advance payment - I received full refund unlike other PGs which takes a % cut in it. Much recommended.

The place is clean. Although a little away from the main city centre, it is extremely value for money with functional AC, attached toilets and clean linens. Except for the location, I cannot think of any negatives

It was a wonderful stay in and around the area. The receptionist was good and sweet. They have arranged all the necessary things. The service provided by them was really outstanding.

The owner is the nicest and most helpfull lady I have ever seen. Her nefew does a great job doing his best to run the property for her. I enjoyed my stay and they helped me with anything I needed. I am looking forward to commijg to visit them again as they were so welcoming. This place fully deserves it's rating because of them and that it has all that we need during a short stay for the best prices ☺️

Good place to stay, supported me even during the initial lockdown days with Induction stove and utensils for free of cost. I really enjoyed the stay here, if you are more of outdoor person you would love it here. Keep up the good work Bro and thanks for making my stay comfortable :)

Amazing stay at a very affordable place. Very near to KCT college and tech park. The owner is very friendly and accommodative.

Good and place to stay. They have monthly and daily room rent basis. Located near to Sankara college and kct tech park. Budget rooms. You have both AC and NON AC rooms. Madam there is very nice person. They accept payment through Google Pay. Food you need to order from outside. You have option of Swiggy. They will come and deliver. Two wheeler parking available. Car parking will be outside.

Clean and peaceful stay in coimbatore. - I loved the garden they had, very well maintained. So many varieties of plants. Don't be surprised if you see squirrels or butterflies. - Saraswathi, the host was really sweet and welcoming. - Clean room and bathroom, tv, bath towel and soap were given. Two almirahs were also there. - No 24 hour check-in desk. I had reached early and had to wait till 9am when saraswathi came and i completed the check-in process. - it doesn't really have a backpackers vibe, mostly new joinees at companies in coimbatore stay here. - This is not the place if you're looking for the chilled, laid-back lounge with overflowing booze and smoke. - The location is a negative. It's a bit outside the main city. I stayed here on 23 September 2022.

Budget stay(Rs 800 for non AC and Rs.1000 for AC currently (14th Dec 2022).... neatly maintained...AC and Non AC rooms available....open car parking available, Bikes also available for rent here...No kitchen and dining facilities....lot of hotels and shops available nearby

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay for family and friends. Well maintained with a better pricing in saravanamapatti surrounding. You can't expect the rooms to look as like in expensive hotels. But trust me you'll love it once you stay there.

Great value for money. Rooms are equipped with TV and water heater. Saraswati madame is available whenever required. Room cleaning is done daily. Bike parking available. Peaceful ambience and basic requirement shops are nearby.

The top floor rooms are non AC and hence quite warm at night.

Loved the experience at Agsara homestay. The lady who manages the place is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Pocket-friendly & hygienic, a little far from the main market, but totally worth it.

I booked the room via makemytrip and owner allocated themselves without cancelled. Also, told that room cancelled during booking time itself(that was a lie)... Very worst place and not recommended
