Most irresponsible attitude. They don't intimate the payment due dates and don't respond to mail. When we asked for payment details they quoted an amount and as reported by various customers they delayed registration. Finally they charged us late payment interest when we were not at all intimated about payment details. Service is very very poor so please be careful about booking apartment here. Even their Bangalore office is very lethargic only reply of their GM is "let me come back to you".so save your tension

1. Salt water to bath (very bad & hard water,Hair loss started) 2. No siruvani water/ no drinking water (we must buy mineral water to drink) 3. Very bad construction 4. Poor plumbing & electrical wiring work 5. Parking problems (every time someone park in my parking spot) 6. Broken equipments in gym ( only 5 equipments) 7. Smell from drainage at night, can't open windows 8. Green park association is worst and rude, ruthless behavior 9.we have carry own water from ground floor, no drinking water in each flats.. 10. 3000 maintenance + mineral water charges 2000 = 5000 for water only spending here

This to inform you that the Hardware and Accessories fitment process has not yet been completed in our property, despite multiple requests and reminders. We are planning to do the house-warming ceremony on 9th May, 2021. We have already postponed the same, a couple of times because of the delay in completing the fitment task. The registration of the property was held on 26th March, 2021 and it has been more than a month since this process is due. It too difficult to do any work done inside PGP.

Ambience is good, when compared to other projects in Coimbatore. Social infra to be developed. Apart from that one of the best project in Coimbatore and well maintained gated community. Located in hot of the city.

It covered all the amenities, neat and cleanliness, 24hrs securities, CCTV, Lifts, Children's Play area, Swimming pool and Temple etc... Very spacious, Prices are well within the Budget and it will be a good decision to buy. Widener people's Hospitality also an awesome.

A neat project. Well built structures. Apartments are cute but not very particularly spacious. Good finishing though. Elevators all through. Shaded parking. Green spaces. And a swimming pool as well.

Well organised gated community located at the main city of Coimbatore. Well maintained and there is ample of common area. Ventilation and the sunlight is well planned for all flats.

Very organized service apartment, the society is very clean and they have enough storage. There are many amenities for getting groceries home products for daily use and it’s located at main city as well!! I like it.
