Products are good, but staffs response to customers should be improved. My view felt no respect to customers as they think customers are very poor fellows and buying seconds from them. Very bitter experiences with their staffs.

Cotton park white shirts quality not good with in three wash white colour fades. Staffs not respect to clients because customer ask rate for seconds they think like people also low class.

As there were many shops over Gandhipuram cross cut I searched for the shop exactly and I trusted this shop blindly that there will be good customer service but disappointed me a lot Very very worse worse worse customer service please do try to treat customers like customer at all time the same I have purchased a product from them the seller over the section suggested me that the size will be correct I told that my sizes are another he is forcefully suggested me that this will be correct size so I bought it the next day I went with the bill even I didn't wear it I just came home and cross check my size it was wrong so I went with the bill and ask them for exchange of the product or else exchange of any other products from their shop I didn't ask any refund of cash they told that you come after one week we will change only the exact stock the Cashier person told that the stock won't be coming forever we won't change finally they told that the mistake was mine Actually that's their mistake how can I spend each 200 rupees of petrol to go and exchange it's my third time of vist for exchange 👎👎👎👎👎👎 If this owner of the shop reads this review please do train your employees to treat the customer same at all time I m asking only the product which I had buyed it for money not for free dear visitors please don't visit this shop there several good treating shops near by very very disappointed by their customer service

Ramraj n uthayam seconds products are available at a reasonably discounted n affordable prices.Particularly Ramraj seconds banians are generally available always. For those who can compromise small defects for discounts may find this awsome. Pne can approach this shop either from Gandhipuram or from Patel road.
