Don’t be fooled by the pictures ! The ambience is the only good thing about the hotel. The pools looks good in the images but it is extremely dirty when you actually visit it. The staff is least bothered to clean it and keep making excuses on it raining (previous day) and lack of cleaning staff. Food in the restaurant is barely okay. The staff will keep nagging you half our before breakfast to eat faster as it’s their closing time (10.00 am). The housekeeping does not come to the room until you call them 5-6 times at least. No toiletries supplied in the room either. I just checked in the hotel yesterday and my experience has been unpleasant. Have another day of stay and will update my review accordingly.

The elevation, ambience & staffs were too good and generous to the customers. One important thing it can improve is there were space constraints for a table of two. Among the food, We ordered Szechuan noodles, chicken tikka and a pasta.. Other than pasta, both were too good. Pasta could have been more spicey rather than being sweet. But, this restaurant is one among the best in Coimbatore.

Beautiful hotel with easy access location to Coimbatore railway station. The rooms are neat, clean, and nicely appointed. The Food quality is also good... The staff is really very supportive, especially, Mr.Pranith who helped me a lot with booking the rooms and cooperating with the guests. My Guests visited the property twice and liked it too much. Attend a birthday party here. The arrangements are good, but the food supply guys do not have any intention to serve the food properly. Even they won't have a plsent smiling faces.

World class rooms, guest (child and family) friendly staff, tasty food and strategic location within city, all at a competitive tariff in this category of hotels. Though parking is not within campus, valet parking service makes it easy. Tamizharasan did a good job at reception when I inquired about services and near by tourist attractions. Restaurant managers and staff are very much helpful in inquiries and custom services. Food & ambience are available at Rooftop restaurant near by pool and ground floor restaurant. Buffet Breakfast and weekend midnight buffet are good with variety of South Indian and continental cuisine. Bathroom within room is good with all amenities. Toiletries (bath gel, brush etc) are not bad. But, I would suggest improving the quality and packaging as they're not up-to the marks in this category of hotels. I booked it through agoda to get best price.

The whole experience from booking to check in was smooth. The room was spacious, clean and had tastefully designed interiors. From the lighting, to the switches, everything was in convenient places. The location is on a busy road, but the traffic sounds do not permeate the rooms. Wifi connectivity was pretty decent. The in house restaurants did have a variety of cuisines and the room service was prompt. The breakfast buffet was a lavish spread of delicious dishes. Enjoyed my breakfasts thoroughly. Staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was compact and served well. The shower cubicles with the shower heads were totally awesome, with hot water available 24 hours. I am nit picking here. I just wish that the bathroom was slightly larger. The housekeeping could have been faster while complying our requests. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Totally recommend it. Definitely value for the amount paid.

Best hotel in Coimbatore City and rooms are clean. The staff are helpfull and excellent. Due to Covid mising the rooftop restaurant but anyway we have room service to fullfill our food needs. Keep the standard always Stay was well satisfied and service was good kep it up park elanza especially roof top was fantastic and food was good and tasty i strongly recommend for family friends the facilities which I used is worth for money Well maintaining the hotel. Rooms are clean and compact worth for the money what we paying. Parking is a concern but they provide solutions. If you stay try La Cabana restaurant once - Tasty food and nice ambiance

I was on business trip for two days. I must say that the entire experience was commendable, from the smooth check-in, to introducing amenities in the room as well as the dining experience! The breakfast spread is one of the best that I have come across! The chef makes some delicious South Indian dishes. Staff Mr.Hari is courteous and polite. Every staff I interacted with was polite and proactive. A must stay - in Coimbatore!

I have booked room for one day it was such a great experience I had from this hotel. The rooms are clean and luxurious and had all the facilities.The La cabana rooftop restaurant,bar was really amazing. The service of staffs was really satisfying,breakfast provided as complementary is really delicious and variety items were included. At the time of checking out from hotel my car battery was down and not able to start it ,the staffs working there they spend their time and helped me to make it start .The service of the entire team of hotel is actually good.

The morning breakfast was really world class and each and every dish was well prepared taking into consideration the different kind of people staying in the hotel. Each and every minute details were well taken care off during our stay. The roof top restaurant too was a very nice experience, with an experienced crew who took care of all our needs. The house cleaning team were also on their feet always to maintain the place in top notch condition. Also a special shout out to one of your staff, Mr. Narendra, he was really exceptional with the service he had provided us and made sure that we didn't have any difficulties whatsoever. think my 5 rating mainly due to Ambience & polite and helpful services rendered in Breakfast. These guys are seriously taking special care to ensure we and our family has a good time in Break fast time. I stayed only one day. Roof top ambience is good . Room has a good up to date tech for access control. Only cons is reception area is slightly small and I could see some flies around.. Considering the location of the hotel I think we can not expect a very spacious area. Otherwise no complaints

Excellent menu for Buffet. World class Cusine. I had a great time with my Family. Polite staff, very hygiene and Clean Buffet hall. Kid Friendly. They also provide me infant high chair. Thanks a lot to the entire team of Park Elanza for a very good GUEST etiquette.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. All the staff were so friendly and would go out of the way to help you. The spa on the fourth floor is a must! Very relaxing massage with a steam shower. Incredible views from the terrace. Traditional South Indian and continental buffet breakfast served with fresh fruit and juices. We had an amazing time! Highly recommended!

The stay was very comfortable at such a convenient location. I'd say that the staff was great with their service and also allowed us to do our yoga practices in the gym area. I'd definitely recommend this for family and friends, who would prefer a peaceful stay near to the bus and railway station.

This was the first our first family stay with Hotel Park Elanza . The Front Office Manager Bashir was truly customer oriented. He was polite & warm & handled the check in fast & efficiently. Vinod the bell captain was fast & efficient He explained the room features. Fantastic hotel & Staff indeed 😊👍👌👏.

Stayed 1 week for work trip. It's an excellent value for money premium hotel in Coimbatore. Cleanliness of room and washroom is really good. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Housekeeping Incharge Subramanian set good example for others in hospitality business! Free WiFi, TV with all channels, rooftop bar and restaurant, this Hotel gives premium feel at best value. Overall 9/10.

The stay has been so comfortable here. The staff at Park Elanza has exceeded our expectations in every moment and experience. They are so warm and will go an extent to make your stay a memorable one. And I also recommend the food, ambience, and service at the Pool side La Cabana restaurant! Truly delicious! Very happy to have stayed here. I definitely recommend it. A good experience... Nice comfortable rooms with all amenities... Well stocked snacks and beverages.... Have a pool on the terrace which the kids enjoyed... But food is extremely expensive....

Pros: - Located on the main road and the property is easy to find - The room was neatly done Cons: - The room was small for the price they charged. Felt like it was too small a space - We were made to wait for a while before checking us in. There was some function going on and the folks at the entrance couldn't manage the inflow of people - The restaurant was on the pricier side. Too costly for the offering they have Overall an OKish experience.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Ooty. The location of the hotel is prime. It is at the city centre itself. Brookfield mall is very close. The rooms were clean and luxurious. The view from the room was the road infront of the hotel. There were enough inroom beverages and snacks kept, but since the rates were on the higher side, we didnt try anyone of them. We took buffer dinner and also the breakfast from the hotel. The dinner was simply super with wide spread menu. The best part is that they never charged for our kids who are 6 year and 3 year old. Regarding the breakfast also it was a wide spread one. The roof top dining space was also superb with good ambience. The pool also was good and clean. But the shower room is not properly maintained. There is no proper access to the room and also the door to the shower room is not good and cannot to secured properly. The only thing i didnt like about them was at the time of checkout. My 3 year old kid had a small vomitting at night during our sleep and had a small portion of the debris on the blanket. We cleaned it well with the wet wipes to our maximum possible way, but there was a small stain left behind. While checkout they told that there is stain on the blanket and there will be a charge for the same, which i found as a rare thing. I have stayed at many hotels both within India and abroad and this is my first experience of so. I told them you are charging the rates for all these stuffs. There was just a small stain and when they asked for additional rates for that, that left all the good things of the hotel to bad for my. I was not ready to pay anyhow, and atlast they told no need and we checkout. Apart from this incident, all was smooth going. But as i told, one small negative like that spoiled all the goods. Hope the management will take care of such minor things.

Like that ambiance and food was tasty, good service, especially gulab jamun was so tasty, rooms are looking super, hotel was so clean and neat but only one issue too much of AC in meeting hall. Nowadays don't use too much of AC in meeting hall... This is my suggestion.

Overall I had an amazing experience. The rooms were good and the service was quick and excellent. I would come back here purely cos of the helpful staff and the immediate assistance when needed. I'm deducting one star due to maintenance issues. I had complained to the reception about water logging in the shower area but it wasn't taken care of at all. Our bathrooms were always wet because of this. I hope it was just a corner case and doesn't reflect on the hotel mgmt which was impeccable for most case

An excellent property in Coimbatore. We were here for an overnight stay on the way to Ooty. They received us with a welcome drink even when we reached there after 10 PM. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. We were three people and it's a little bit cramped with the extra bed. But, it was not an issue, as we checked in late at night and checked out right after breakfast. Bathroom was neat and clean with required basic toiletries. We wanted a shower cap and shaving kit, which the house keeping people sent immediately on request. The breakfast food and service were overwhelming, though the spread was limited. Items ordered in live counters came very quickly and the staff are very much attentive and courteous. Overall, it's an excellent property, that too in the city center.

Everything alright. Great location. Close to X cut road and gandhipuram market. Friendly staff and great front office approach. Overall good hospitality. Easy access to shopping and other area in central Coimbatore. We love La cabanna rooftop resto bar. And a popular pub located in premises. Overall great. Highly recommended.

Awesome place. It's compact, but has something for all travellers. Breakfast was good, roof top restaurant/bistro has an amazing view, pool looked good but we didn't get a chance to try. And there is a night club too! Love the soft bed! Cons: the chicken dishes didn't taste very fresh, but food overall was good.

Such a beautiful hotel located right in the centre of the city. We visited their roof top pool side fine dining restaurant, 'La Cabana' & their Pub, 'Tiki Tako'. Both the experience were very memorable. Excellent food, brilliant ambiance & lovely people.

Price: above average plus Hospitality is good. Time taken for food/coffee/tea is too much to wait. Had a roof top restaurant to enjoy with.

The service at the Hotel Park Elanza was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming by the Event hall to check with us). Numerous event participants commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the Event. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements (part of being a marketing field), but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” Overall I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Park Elanza. I traveled alone and stayed in a Premium room for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the desk was wide and the room spacious. The shower and toilet were modern. I stayed on the 3rd floor and though I wasn't bothered by the traffic noise, some might. Some nights I could feel the bass from the bar/disco in the hotel, but again, bearable for me. And the staff were just excellent -- from the concierge to the receptionist to the room service. Very helpful and professional. Also, this hotel is just a few minutes walk from a good vegetarian restaurant chain.

I entered at 1pm to dine. But came out 405pm. Even though items are good, lot of time is taken to serve the items.

Fantastic service, attentive and well-trained staff across the board from reception to the dining room. They performed to the best of their ability. Would've been 2 stars otherwise. Stayed here for several days occupying two rooms, unfortunately properly cleaned sheets were only provided once. Each time I had them changed (must've been over 10 times during the stay) the sheets had several large stains on them and were very wrinkly. The hotel absolutely needs to throw away and purchase new sheets asap. Had some issues with a foul odor in the bathroom, after a few inadequate cleanings reception was quick to provide a room change so no issue there. Breakfast was fantastic, no complaints. Great staff, large selection, and tasty food. Was better than the breakfast provided at Annapoorna's Hotel ironically. However please air condition the lobby and take care of the flies. Lobby furniture also needs to be cleaned or replaced. The lower floors of the hotel seem to have a severe mosquito problem. Killed at least 6 in my room the first night. Repellant was provided upon request but a more permanent solution is required. Overall was a good stay, particularly for the ~3,500 rupees per room. If the above issues are addressed would easily be willing to pay double.

Ambience is great! Food is good not great! And the most important thing was they took literally 2 hours to deliver just 2 items (both paneer based).On checking for the delay, we were told that there was a power cut issue. I’m not sure on how there was no power in kitchen while the whole roof top was lit! Anyway, expected a lot but these kind service degrades the impression on a star hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center and makes it easy to access a lot of places. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. Staffs are courteous and helpful, Balaji from housekeeping was very prompt to attend to our requests. Breakfast spread was good, the staffs were ready to assist with orders. However, the rooftop bar was not up to expectations. The tables were not clean and we were issued the wrong bill. Will stay here again if I were to visit Coimbatore.

The Staff were excellent. Chandran was super helpful and charming. The hotel is tastefully decorated and very neat. They were quick to attend to any requests. The facilities are excellent. We food was excellent and presentation was great. Overall a stay to remember. Highly recommended.

From the USA and needed to stop in for a night. Usually amazed by services and food in the parts of India I have visited. The room was clean and the lighting was nice. The hotel in general was very pleasant to be in with nice decoration. The view from the roof was nice. Very Good elite hotel in Coimbatore. It has Valet parking and organized well. There is a rooftop restaurant which is mostly crowded and another Asian restaurant in the ground floor. The ambience and interiors were very good. The waiters and staffs were very courteous and professional. The lightings were good too.

Hotel is immaculate. Rooms and club are amazing. Excellent ambience but Management is pathetic. Operation manager is rude, hostile, impolite and unprofessional. Sometimes drunk and with red eye. He literally speaks as if he works in a tasmac and not a hotel (hospitality industry). I wonder how he got this job. I'm sure he has no prior hotel industry experience. Perhaps he knows someone in top level and made his way through. When head is bad then imagine how the tail would end up. He is always found smoking outside. I also wonder how would he treat his employees. I've heard he beats and abuses his employees, not sure if its true. Bottom line I recommend to terminate him immediately and find a best suited candidate with prior hotel management education background, experience and exposure. Someone presentable and humble.

Just a big disappointment. When you come to a place with seemingly high standards, you may expect it to be so. At least you pay the price for it. So many things went wrong, complaints and notifications were made in time so management could do something about it, but they didn’t. Very neglecting, very disappointing. We came to relax, and what we’ve gotten is much frustration. Management should be ashamed of the way they operate. It’s all yes sir, yes mam, 2 minutes, but in the end, nothing holds, no proper compensations are made. I would recommend you take your money elsewhere.

I had a peaceful stay at the park Elanza. Don’t miss the Tamil night in tikki taco on Sunday. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall it’s worth the price.
