"Lotus Temple". It's not actually a temple it seems like a museum. It has the gallery of all kind of religion present all over the world starting from America to African tribes it takes one-hour for a complete visit. After that having a coffee on cafeteria makes you relax to feel the pleasant evening sunset. My recommendation is to visit evening around 5:00 pm its also a good time for outdoor photography.

🕍 Lotus temple belongs to Bahau Religion. Dr Bahaudheen is the founder and prophet. But it not same as the other religions. There is no special god to them and you can pray separately and silently to any of your believing god. Utter silence is the salient feature of the temple. It was a nice and heartfelt experience to me while in the temple. Eco-friendly, Green landscapes and fresh aired atmosphere. A huge number of charity programmes world wide. Really I like to be there more and more.

Entry ticket twenty rupees. And i just wasted it. I could have bought a coffee or tea for that amount. They say 30 minutes per visitor. But 2 minutes is more than enough for this place.

My personal experience is the place where one can start learning of internal change from this place and can explore the core theme of all tradition created to reach the only one source sadasivam where each and every creature starts its journey.... Evening is the best time to visit this place and they close it by 7.30 so you should visit by 6 o clock to be there more time . Tuesdays will be holiday.

When I drove inside, I thought it is a recreation place. But, when I entered I understood it is a divine place to stay calm and do yoga as all the religions are seen here. A very wonderful place for any tourist people to visit this place.

Lotus temple coimbatore is near to chetipalayam and its good for normal one time visit. Nothing will excites you there.

Nice place for workship

Not sure if Corona is a reason for the downfall of the way things are being done. This place used to be such a great place to visit and feel calm. But visiting here on 13th Jan 2021, the tour was rushed. Half the electricals were not working. The lights in the meditation hall were flickering. No photography was allowed until we questioned them. The canteen had a Coffee Day machine so it was decent. Don't buy the biscuits. They're most likely stale, ours was. The lack of enthusiasm and the constant monitoring over our shoulders by the tour guide made the experience quite frustrating to be honest. It used to be a really great place. With what I experienced, I wouldn't recommend making a big deal or plan to go and visit it. Visit if you're passing by or have nothing to do.
