People are very supportive and budget friendly. We went 5D Kashmir trip. They Guided well. Just struggled due to language problem. I have given 4.5 star because faced small inconvenienced in Kashmir due to hotel side. Hotel reception person don't know English language. Otherwise Good and enjoyed the trip.
