Theni District is one of the 38 districts of Tamilnadu state in India... Hills on the western side and Cumbum valle which lies in Uthamapalayam taluk. Main attraction is Suruli waterfalls,Grapes Garden, is the main attraction for tourists. Meghamaly is beautiful place like am offroad.very cool,calm and peaceful place , tea plantation and artificial lake there. Very good at farming. People are hard working.They cultivated Agricultural farming like coconut farm, wine yards, vegetables, fruits etc.

Best place to visit..has a cool and super atmosphere

It is like an off-road experience. Sometimes you would be able to see wild elephants playing in the river/lake. Please take care of yourself while traveling to this. I advise not to take any risk.

Megamalai is a good place to visit for those who likes calm and quite destinations. This one is a Replica of Munnar or the Munnar of Tamilnadu. The cold in the night is awesome. Coverage for most of the networks are very poor, only the BSNL works here. There were no hotels but small tea shops are there but opens till 7.00 PM.
