These people were the talk in between our association meeting so cruel with the vendors,Don't know how can they get a products and not payback. These people send me so many offers and gift for diwali and other days. If this is the quality of the higher officials I doubt their Products too. I belive Genuineness comes from the people and that reflects in the products.

Had a very very bad and rude experience. They were not ready to fix thali with the chain both of which were bought from them at around Rs 380000. The salesman was very humble and well behaved. But others didn't co-operate and behaved very rudely. We abandoned the purchase and took refund of the money. Please avoid these type of businesses.

Very Bad experience! The security who manages Valet parking acts like local gundas and even the staff inside or even the Manager doesn't have the balls to stop them. They're bothered about sending the customers away who are purchasing for special occasions in Lakhs to create more space for new Customer's parking. Reached a point where we had to point out who came in which car. Disgusting.

The "Best" shop to buy gold and diamonds in coimbatore. Collections are very unique and elegant. Same goes with quality, tops in quality. If you want antique designs, then this is one stop shop. Some reviews states it is not that much customer friendly. But it is completely not the case. Staffs are very courteous and customer friendly. Overall, very good.

Purchased 4 Gold Rings with stone. After buying within 2 weeks one of the stone fell off, I went back to the store and got it fixed and after 1 week the same stone falls off again. I ask why this keeps happening and the manager there simply says that stone rings are not meant to be wore on a daily basis and to wear it only occasionally. My mom has been wearing Gold Rings with stone for a decade now and not one stone had fallen off of the ring. So my total purchase from Kirtilals is basically a waste of money as my wife is unable to wear them. These companies don't value the hard earned money we put in purchasing Gold. I would never buy anything else from them and would not recommend others to waste their precious hard earned money on them as well.
