Worst hospitality. Shame on the management and everyone present in the hospital. Not even worth giving one star to this hospital. Go for first aid in an emergency and they give you more trouble and annoy you by making you wait and posing you the same question again and again. The doctor is the highlight!!!!

It's a very old hospital. Nurses chatter and gossip as they take your tests, they comment on how dusty the place is, but just leave you waiting there. It's not a modern, clean hospital.

I went for medical health checkup. Very worst hospital experiance. There is no X-ray technician when i went for checkup in the morning. Hospital managment asked me to come again in the evening for taking X-ray, Even i have booked for an appoinment before day itslef. There is no lab technician in the hospital. When i go for take X-ray in the evening i have saw the blood sample and urine sample without checking. I saw the samples where i kept there itself. If the blood samples and urine samples are kept for room temperature it will get contamination. I asked to the hospital managment there is no correct response. They pushed me to to doctor consult without report then how can doctor will identify my problems. Even he doesn't ask for my issues. Very worst hospital i have seen in my life. I have paid Rs.1450/- for health check very worst. Pls inform this feedback to hospital also. My kind request.

Good Doctor service. Worst customer service, poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, No santizer, No mask, No Handwash, Not even a person for Cleaning restrooms, Hospital rooms are filled with loaded dustbins.

Most Horrible service i ever seen. worst doctor care. they ruined my mother's Health. She is undergone Total knee replacement (Dr. C.p.s Suman) after that she is struggling to walk till date due to late initiation of physio after the surgery, as the physician works in some other hospital and could not attend the follow-up in right time.Now she competently stressed. No proper response and care from the doctor. Money waste & No quality of service.
