(in
reference
to
the
emergency
unit)
Given
the
already
large
number
of
poor
reviews
for
this
facility,
1.
I
wonder
if
i
could
add
anything
new
for
i
too
experienced
many
of
the
same
things
others
have
written
about.
2.
I
wonder
if
adding
n
number
of
poor
reviews
makes
any
difference
to
the
said
facility.
The
emergency
unit
has
some
advanced
life
saving
facilities
but
is
manned
by
personnel
who
are
quite
insensitive
and
sometimes
borderline
rude.
I
noticed
that
the
facility
has
a
board
outlining
the
patient's
charter
at
the
entrance.
I
suggest
the
personnel
either
review
their
understanding
of
the
'patients'
rights'
section
or
kindly
revise
what
we
could
expect
from
their
'esteemed'
institution.
-yet
another
disappointed
customer
who
hopes
to
never
be
put
in
a
situation
requiring
a
visit
to
such
a
facility.
To
those
reading
to
decide
whether
or
not
to
trust
this
facility,
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
look
for
other
alternatives
before
coming
to
this
place.
If
you
do
decide
to
pay
a
visit,
i
suggest
developing
a
thick
enough
skin
to
survive
the
inhumane
treatment,
not
only
towards
yourself
but
also
towards
your
beloved
ward.
Do
make
sure
to
carry
sustenance,
mosquito
repellants
and
other
survival
equipment
for
you
may
find
yourself
sitting
out
in
the
open,
the
entire
night,
amid
an
onslaught
of
mosquitoes
and
the
occasional
drunkard.
Blankets
help
too.
There
is
a
'shed'
for
accomodating
attendants
but
you
may
not
always
find
a
spot
for
the
night,
let
alone
think
about
COVID
norms.
You
may
think
that
there
may
not
be
much
chance
of
spending
the
night,
but
be
warned
that
things
move
at
a
snail's
pace...
Even
for
the
most
mundane
things.
Also,
importantly,
take
note
that
you
aren't
allowed
to
take
in
food
or
water
for
your
ward.
At
the
same
time,
the
personnel
are
least
concerned
if
your
ward
is
starving.
They
seem
astonishingly
good
at
forgetting
that
human
kind
require
food
and
water
to
stay
alive.
You
may
have
to
insist
several
times
to
get
the
personnel
to
bring
water
or
any
sustenance
for
your
ward.
I
did
notice
poor
coordination
of
information
among
the
personnel.
You
would
do
well
to
confirm
and
reconfirm
things
with
each
personnel
coming
to
attend
to
your
ward.
I
concede
that
their
medical
treatment
worked
to
the
extent
I
expected
for
my
ward.
However,
I
wonder
if
one
has
to
deal
with
such
inconsiderateness
to
get
one's
beloved
well
again.
We
aren't
in
mediaeval
era
anymore
and
the
facility
doesn't
exactly
charge
peanuts
for
their
'service'.
They
don't
have
to
do
much..
just
basic
civility
will
do.
Someone
correct
me
if
i
m
asking
for
too
much.
