Very Bad , Waiting time, It took 8 hrs for me to meet doctor VGM , No proper system to fix appointment since I completed all my test within 10Am but I met doctor only by 3PM . Atleast they should have told me it will take time na so that I will look other work and come by 3PM.. Remaining everything if fine so Dear friends, all eat food in time, if you avoid food then your stomach will get so much of problem then you want to visit the hospital VGM and wait for 6 hours to see the doctor so eating food in proper time is much better than waiting for 6 hours to see the doctor waiting for more than 6 hours will make us much irritation but no way since our stomach is getting problem due to unhygienic outside food so dear friends all eat proper home prepared food if you don't have that option then eat fruits while travelling or eat in upper class hotel... Mainly avoid Chinese food like fried rice, noodles, Cheese balls, oil toasted french fries, oil toasted Paneer Tikka and Junk foods like Pani puri, Road side Mushroom gravy ,Masala puri, Phel Puri .Take Indian foods like Idly, Dosa with good groundnut oil, Puttu, Idiyappam, Coconut Milk, Full South Indian meals,

One of the best hospitals in my experience; it houses a great team of talented doctors & courteous nurse staff providing excellent service with extreme care. Visited the hospital for mom's condition which required a surgery; while Dr. Mathura, Dr. Gokul, Dr. Santosh and their team were excellent in their diagnosis, care and attention, distinguishing feature of the hospital are their staff; all the hospital nurses (Nishya, Chandra, Ponni, Regina, Chechi (ICU)) took extreme care of Mom during the stay and went above and beyond the call of duty to give the comfort a patient will require, attender Kalimuthu and security staff personnel exemplified behaviour of a hospital owner with their care. All in all, giving a positive vibe to the patient and giving the moral confidence. 'Delighted' is the one word I can think of to describe the service we got. I believe it all stems from the leadership & humility of Dr. VGM himself in running this hospital with a mission and vision that will help them reach heights.

This hospital is unimaginably money minded. They told me to take unnecessary tests which were totally unrelated to the problems I had. They scare the patients and make them take loads of test irrespective of the age from which I understood that their only motive is business. Never choose this hospital for stomach related issues. There are other good hospitals out there. You ll just end up wasting tons of your money if you visit this hospital. Also, I should mention this, some female doctors are very rude to the patients. I was having an official meeting with the chairman Dr Mohan Prasad along with the key persons including Dr. Suman, and Mrs. Radha from VGM Hospital and I couldn't believe it when I heard you refer to me as a "bulldozer" because of my weight and appearance. Seriously, that's way out of line, and I need to get this off my chest. And i am disgusted for the way I was treated in front of everyone. First off, let's just make this crystal clear: body-shaming is not cool, not funny, and definitely not acceptable. We should all know by now that what someone looks like on the outside has absolutely no bearing on their worth as a person. Everyone is unique, and that's something we should be celebrating. But here's what really gets to me: calling someone a "bulldozer" is not just body-shaming, it's cruel. It's like you're reducing a whole person to nothing more than a physical characteristic. We've all got flaws, but that doesn't define us. I am so much more than my appearance, just like the rest of us. Imagine if you were in my shoes, how would you feel? Very expensive. Besides the attitude of Dr.Venkatesh(Orthopedic doctor) was impolite. I had been here ( Sunday) regarding a consultation for a pain in the leg, The doctor was complaining that he had to be here on duty on Sunday and that he was frustrated. My experience with VGM Hospital has been top notch. Right from diagnosis till discharge, the entire flow of operations was seamless. I had personal attention to every detail and big kudos to Dr. Suman, Dr. Madhura and the entire staff. Double 👍🏼👍🏼. Why I strongly recommend: I went for consulting Dr. Suman for removal of Orthopaedic Implants. Post discussion, it took 10 minutes to complete XRays and the report was ready in the next 5 minutes. With any other major hospital chains in Coimbatore, this process alone will take atleast 2 hours. Post discussion with Dr. Suman, all required pre-tests for surgery was completed in the next 20 to 30 minutes including Chest X Ray, ECG and mandatory blood tests. I already have saved another half day here. The staff gave clear instructions on admission process and surgery was scheduled. Admission process was smooth, room was very clean and tidy, the best I have been in Coimbatore among big hospitals in Coimbatore. All support staff were courteous, had personal attention and took great care. Canteen food tasted like home food. Surgery was completed and post op recovery was swift. Doctors gave personal attention to the detail and big thanks to Dr. Suman and his entire team for the services rendered. Felt like family care. Kudos.

Worst behavior!!! visited the hospital at 8.00A.M and after taking multiple tests and scans there is no response till 3.00P.M and delay in report delivery too. We were exhausted in asking for the reports leaving our 2yr old baby back at home. No priority given to patients and are asked to wait for hours. Never recommend it to anyone not worth for money.

In this hospital I admitted my husband here on Monday night due to stomach problem. From the first minutes of arrival till now they are giving good quality treatment. I won't even like to give a single star to tha hospital . So irresponsible we came at 8 now the time is 1: 45 still now we didn't meet the doctor. We got appointment yesterday.but the doctor is not available . The nurse is so rude . The nurse not even informing anything to us . She said " you meet the doctor in 10 mins" but we are waiting for one hour , after one hour I asked to the nurse she is very careless and informing that the doctor is not available. She should to us right but she is not doing her duty properly ,.

Senior doctor shortage there junior doctor telling me they have to go to rounds and then see OPD patients ,reached 9am with pain in stomach without any treatment scaning going here and there waited till 4 pm finally then priscription given which don't had any effect finally went to PSG hospital far better service,and medication given also helped me to get better . My mother had gallbladder surgery, ERCP, and EDS. on Sep'22 Pros: It was explained to me how the surgery will be done, and how it will be treated by the doctor's assistant. The nurses are all kind and caring. The rooms are clean and the ambiance is pleasant, Doctors are easily accessible and there is no long waiting time for consultations. My appreciation goes to the Insurance Department staff for their prompt, polite response to all my queries and quick approval from TPA. Cons (All out is available without liquid fill) There are mosquitoes at evening time and at night time in the rooms. Whenever medicine is needed, it must be purchased by an attender (for insurance, staff can deliver to room). The staff writes the report most of the time, and each time it needs to be explained to the attendee. After 5 p.m. on Saturday, only consulting was provided, and on Sunday there was no treatment, so I had to wait till Monday before being treated. According to the doctor, this is not an emergency. In the event that surgery goes over an hour, there will be an additional charge. An additional PD stent was kept in addition to the CBD stent, and it changed the cost It is possible to avoid car parking charges.

Very very worst services provided, worst management no cleanliness. They need only money. Nurses are very worst in treating the patients. I recommend health ministry to cancel their accreditation. Dear team, I had come here for my mother's treatment on 21-12-2020 patient name Mrs.Uma Parvathi admitted in room no 402. When she was given liquids and medicines before endoscopy in the morning in the room she vomitted. I informed nurse station nurses to send house keeping staff for cleaning but the nurses said we informed house keeping but they're not coming. If yo want raise complaint to the management. The vomit wasn't cleaned for more than 45mins in the room. The patients dress was completely wet after she took vomit and my mom is shivering they denied to change the dress and simply gave blanket and left. Coming to discharge summary they said on 21-12_2020 evening it will be ready by 2 days that is by 23-12-2020. But I gave them ample time and visited the hospital on 30-12-2020 which is after 10 days. You know what discharge summary was not ready the nurses said it's typist duty she delayed and made me wait for an hour. This had been informed to your Nurse's incharge also. Please check. The service was very very poor.

Dr Suman Be prepared for surgery.. After 3 hospital visit _ Chennai and coimbatore..top hospital all specialist and senior specialist suggested osteoarthritis and rhematoid arthritis can't be cured however yo can take medicine to reduce pain.. Visited this VGM as per neighbour suggestion. Dr Suman - cool headed and nice personality..initial consultation he acted very cool and friendly. After blood test and xray - he immediately pushed us for a surgery. Just for knee pain (3 top hospital said knee pain is normal due to age factor and arthritis can be controlled by medication: strictly no need for any surgery). Dr Suman tone of voice has changed when we deny the surgery : he said he doesn't want to waste time with us as we are not Oki for surgery. Surgery cost per leg 2.5 lakhs .if we do for both leg 5.2 lakhs he gives concession..like a fish market. How ridiculous and cheap business skills in the medical industry. We straight went ahead to Ganga with same report.. Surgery is not needed as it's not severe..only Medication will help arthritis.. So at the end VGM IS A BIG SCAM AND BUSINESS INDUSTRY..TOTAL FAMILY DAD AND DAUGHTERS WITH SON IN LAW STARTED THIS TO EARN. PLS BE CAREFUL Reply - much appreciated for your advice response and prayers for my mother. Please note, I appreciate your concern.. But you failed to give medicines for rhematoid arthritis and your suggestion was only about the knee surgery. Surgery could have been advised may be after medicines provided for rhematoid.. I still wonder what made you end the conversation as soon as my mother enquire about medicine for rhematoid before operating knees.. One last question - would you be advicing your own immediate family members for a surgery before Medication?? Anyways disappointed at the end of the conversation. Why should we take another reports when we have recent reports including MRI. Hence you avoided again big thanks for it.

We met the Dr Madhura for ERCP, because we have one gall stone stuck in tube and multiple gallstones in gallbladder,other hospital force us to remove gallbladder also,but when we request her to remove the gallstone which in tube alone and for other stones in gallbladder we thought of treat in homeopathy, she respect us and done ERCP alone. Then we went to homeopathy treatment and dissolved stones(stone size max 12mm) in 2 month.Many Thanks to Madhura madam for supporting other medicines like homeopathy. We can easily dislove gallstones using homeopathy,please dont go for gallbladder removal until it is really really needed.

Let me explain in detail, so that it would be helpful for someone who is facing the same situation as we have gone through to take a tough decision. Especially when the patient is above 60 years old and has a very bad health condition, it would be very difficult for a family to take a decision. My mother had been suffering from knee pain for the last few years and this year the pain was unbearable every single night and reached a stage where she was unable to even take a few steps inside the house. We have consulted a few famous ortho doctors around Coimbatore, unanimously, everyone suggested knee replacement surgery, however, most of them suggested operating one leg at a time. But Dr Suman was confident in operating both knees at the same time. Initially we were skeptical about this process and not confident to operate both the knees. Eventually, we decided as per Dr Suman’s advice and went through the process. Now, we feel that it is a correct decision, my mother has recovered quickly, and she is able to walk on the third day, though she has some pain, we are surprised to see the speedy recovery. Exceptional Service from physiotherapist Manikandan, apart from the exercise, he is very kind and supportive to the patient. Very very costly. 15k per day for ICU. Washrooms in the single private rooms are very very dirty and filthy. Used sanitary pads were lying there. Cleaning staffs when called for cleaning, they usually come out within a minute. Don't know what cleaning they do. Attender has to run to pharmacy whenever required, wait in line for hour even in case of urgency.

Never get admitted. Such a ridiculous hospital. They add random irrelevant charges to the bill, but they won't even clean the toilet properly. Full money minded. Worst hospital I've ever visited.

My my experience in VGM Hospital is very nice very fair and the reception desk are very friendly and the insurance days their administration Discovery fair and make quick response to me Iam kumar I meet Dr Madhura.she gave me good treatment and safe for me.. Yhe over all experience in this hospital gave me safe and secure for me in this covid19 situation. Thanks for all those who gave me Good advice and treatment.

Don’t even star is recommended to this waste hospital . I heart felt don’t recommended anyone to visit this hospital regarding any health issues . We treated my father in law in this hospital . Hospital return to us as dead body. It’s not hospital it’s place very they play with people health and money. When he was inside the ICU the treating doctor was not aware that he passed away until we reached her through phone. Till then she was telling he is doing fine , he is responding. We spend lakhs and lakhs of rupees. Apart from money if my FIL would have treated well that’s okay for us . But they use people as testing animal. I am writing this almost after a year. Still couldn’t accept what the hospital did us . Kindly please don’t go this hospital .

Had occasion to consult Dr. VGM on 24th of this month and it was a very pleasant over all experience considering my recent experience with some teaching hospitals in coimbatore. Though, the doctor was very busy, patiently took down all history and adviced immediate course of medication evaluating all symptoms/history. Not to forget the Junior doctor, Dr. Gandhimathi, who was very helpful ,understanding and highlighting the relevant history and symptom to the chief doctor, VGM sir. Over all fully satisfied. But the same can't be said about the lab. Don't do any testing there unless you are free for the whole day and interactions are very much amateurish. Results of urine,cbc and LFT takes take abnormally long time and when you enquire, the answer is half an hour, 5 minutes etc without any sense of timing at all.
