Because i tried many time for cancellation process. my wife was joined for weight loss after 5 treatment just 5 days only. she can't continue due to pregnancy. they said its cancellation process going on you'll be wait. i waited 8 months no one response properly . in coimbatore lakshmi mill branch all peoples.

Very worst customer experience. I took PRP treatment for hair growth. During second session I got fits issue during treatment itself. Branch manager Karthik committed for refund the amount. Issue happened before 8 months. Still I am following for the refund. But branch manager Karthik or kolors management side no proper response received.

I have joined kolors on Nov 2021 and spent Rs. 26000 through bajaj Finance Emi based on a skin treatment. It was promised that I will have clear skin after 5 sitting of peels & hydration. I have completed 4 sitting of peels & 2 sitting of hydration, but lot of pimples appearing continuously while undergoing this treatment and also my skin getting darker than before. I was completely dissatisfied with kolor's treatment. Have decided not to continue the treatment anymore. Also am shifted to another location after my marriage, so I could not able to continue in that branch. My request is, refund the amount for the serivce which is not provided and stop my Bajaj emi ASAP.

I literally spent Rs.35,000 for my face to reduce dark spots & shrink the pores & get some brightening tone. I will add my bill once I find it. The lady named Brindha, such a brainwashing person, she will consult like a sister, once you pay, that’s done. I took medication for two years. I got more & more of pimples & dark spots that I didn’t have until my treatment started. All the positive comments are given by their own team, once I was asked for a OTP, I asked the purpose, they are cool in terms, saying just to add your review mam.

We also informed yesterday that we will be available on Saturday and Sunday but the branch head karthik told he is busy with month end and can talk over phone.. which is highly ridiculous. When asked the call centre guy had informed that 500.consultation was a refundable one after enrolling why haven't you informed us on that .. branch head states that's not a problem we can refund it to you .. why was the policy not being followed. It's clearly showing that you are trying to take only money from people . The belief in kolors has gone now.. and would never encourage anyone to join here if the issue is left unresolved. MAKING IT TO YOU VERY CLEAR IT IS HIGHLY RIDICULOUS IN SUCH A UN ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF END AND ALSO WRONG COMMITMENTS BEING GIVING REFUSING TO MEET THE CLIENTS AFTER ENROLLING THEM IS NOT ENCOURAGEABLE. WE WOULD NEED A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT WE PAID which is 100500/_ . You may debit 2 sittings of mine which I had undertaken. But my husband had not taken any treatment till now.

One of the most fraudulent place in Coimbatore. They even don't care about the customers. I went for the face peeling treatment but even a single time I didn't get any peeling in face . But charges for that treatment is more and it's totally waste of money .....and the representative who is calling from kolors ...please don't believe in their words totally they are doing robbery..

My mother joined kolors weight loss program paying rupees 1,05500. She used to travel once or twice wkly from Palakkad to Coimbatore to attend the sessions n she attended 7 sittings.After which she couldn't continue due to some cardiac issues.We informed the manager that we wouldn't be able continue the program further n asked for refund (which he has promised at the time of joining in case of discontinuation).While calling he was saying some excuses n now he's nt even attending the call.I kindly request everybody nt to fall in their trap.These ppl r really frauds.

Very friendly and comfortable staffs.I would also recommend my friends for the slimming sessions.The sessions are effective and the results are assured. Proper guidance was given by the staffs regarding various methods adopted and was executed well.

By seeing kolors ad in television, took virtual weight loss online consultation and strictly adhered to dietitian diet... Thats all it take to reduce weight loss As simple as that🥰

I joined in kolors for skin peeling treatment and took 2 service suddenly I left my job and due to my personal reason I couldn't continue. I informed to the person who asked me to join Nalini she gave false hope to refund the money for 2 months. But now the manager is talking rude and shouting. I tried to contact the main branch they are saying complaints team will call you. Getting others money without treatment is really a sin.

Kolors is very worst they are trying to collect Money no benefitand we cannot loss an inch also. If somebody is going there, please alert. I went there for an enquiry. But there brainwashed and I joined. After two weeks I affected some Cardiac disease. I spend 1.5 lacs. I requested to return half amt. But they are not ready to pay the amt I lost my money.
