    Hi team, when I started the journey with you in Nov, i was 85 and now it's nearly 81- i have lost nearly 4kgs, though it's a slow progress- i am still happy that i am moving forward. I have not followed any diet nor walking but can see visible changes. I hope to attain my goal soon... keep giving us killer workouts.. thanks for all your support 😊

    Hi All, I was part of this training from my second trimester onwards. I was impressed with their good knowledge and training and decided to join them in postnatal journey too. I joined this group after 45days of my postpartum in December 2022. After 1 month of their fitness training, I have lost 2.5kg. Most days it was very difficult to attend the live sessions as I live in a different time zone and having to manage my 2 month old baby. I was very eager to join the live sessions everyday however after half an hour of joining, my baby would wake up and I'll have to quit the workout. But I would record the session and follow them later in the day. Whenever I cannot follow the workout, I would somehow manage to go out for a walk for at least 1hr. It was very helpful. But it is only fruitful along with a balanced diet. I enjoyed both the healthy eating and healthy habits alot. It helped keep my spirits high too and stay happy with my little baby and husband. It is not difficult to eat a balanced meal everyday if v r willing to do it for our body and for our baby's good nutrition. I had followed another weight loss program 2 years back. But this is the one I love more because the team never forced or compelled us for anything, rather kept us motivated. I appreciate how they were always available for any doubts and questions everytime and cleared them calmly. Felt like a sister advising us.🥹💞

    I want to thank this incredible team for their awesome workouts. Mainly because I wanted to focus on getting fit not only on losing weight. Now what awesomeness happened last 1 week is, I am able to do all the workouts they ask me to do without any difficulty for the first 2 sets. This is a huge thing for me, because I used to feel exhausted all day after doing the workouts. But now, I feel energetic throughout the day. I can see I am getting to my goal.     Hi Rosy I totally lost 6kgs 74kgs to 68kgs now....my journey started program from October to November with so many breaks in walking and diet. Only thing I followed daily is your workouts really they are amazing with surprising results of one hour workout. Finally I am happy with weightloss because I didn't expect this much of weightloss it's almost been a month after stopping workouts and walking but my body is habituated to limit amount of carbs, more protein and vegetables So sweet of you and team helped me in postpartum weightloss by posting the pictures of what we eat so that team corrects if anything is wrong Thank you team for your continuous support and care.

    I can see change in my energy levels...i have Lower back pain since 5 years..after doing stretches i can feel the flexibility in bending.. weight reduced from 62.8 kgs to 61.9 kg.     Hi team, First of all a big shout out to you for helping young moms to change their lifestyle 😍 I AM fortunate that I found this page in insta and joined the online class at the right time. I am happy to share that I lost 2.6kg in 33 days with no proper diet and walking due to my workload and kids but I never missed any classes. My stress levels have gone down and I even feel younger than before. All the credit to you 😘 because, your workouts are amazing and make our body super energetic and feel so enthusiastic throughout the day. We wish we had a workout session even on Wednesday and Saturday 😛 Now I can fit into my old clothes and am confident in wearing western attire which is a big challenge for me after my sec baby.     it’s almost a month with Rosy/Ravi’s fitness and I’m absolutely loving it. The workouts are fun and soaking wet at the same time. I feel lighter in my clothes. Definitely inch loss along the body. I am having a foot issue, preventing me to go on brisk walks but I try to stick to consciously controlling my food portions. I am a hypothyroid person for a long time. It’s always been difficult to shed weight so I haven’t much seen any scale change but definitely lost about 1-2inches along the bust and hips which are the most difficult to lose parts. And my arms are better looking and toned. Most of all it’s the feeling of taking charge and control over my schedule and body that it giving me a happiness rush😊 thank you so much. I’m so glad I joined Instagram right now 😁

    Trainers are very friendly and encouraging,just comfortable with the way they plan the workouts. I’m toning up and I’ve reached my target weight in 3 months time. Extremely happy with the transformation I’ve made through cross fit. Im very focused on sustainable living. So,I’m cool with this workout style they have ,which doesn’t need any electrical equipments and doesn’t consume energy, this is the best part I like about the gym. And regarding the ambiance, they have tried their best to utilise the available space with greens. Just perfect for the place.

    Hello Team, it's been a month i joined your class and i feel i have taken the very right decision.I followed proper diet for 20 days and then for last 10 days i couldn't focus much as both myself and my baby is down with fever and cold . Though i couldn't find much difference with my belly and hip fat , when i weighed myself this morning I could see I have lost 1.5 kgs in 1 month with minimal inch loss. The 1 hr workout session has done this little magic to my body. This keeps me motivated and i will continue to attend the classes until my meet my ideal weight.     Hi Rosi & team I have lost almost 1.5kgs in 1 month. I couldn't follow proper diet and walking but I have lost some inches and I'm happy about it . When I start I was 67kgs and now 65.3kgs I have lost some inches only but I have gained more confidence and strength.     Hi team, I joined on 3rd November. This is a 31-day transformation. I'm really happy to share with you that i lost around 4kgs in 1 month. The starting weight was 72kg, and today, I am 67.70kg with good inch loss. I couldn't go for walking due to my work schedule. I was suffering from tailbone pain and was unable to sit for atleast 10min but with your workouts, I'm not having tailbone pain anymore. Also, backpain reduced a lot. I'm feeling lighter and active the whole day. I used to have a lot of junk foods before and was thinking it is yummy, but with your diet plan, I do not have any cravings for junk food.     Hello Rosy Fit and Team, This is a thank you post more than a review... Due to covid, we had to WFH because of which I had gained weight, difficulty in managing day to day work. then came to know about your team. Once I joined, initially found it very difficult to workout because I was very fat. Gradually i tried and tried. Finally I was able to reduce my weight and saw significant weight loss. Later I had to discontinue because of second preg. But I joined pre natal classes and followed your instructions and diet. Post delivery again I had gained immense weight.. but due to c sec, I had to wait for quite sometime to resume my workout. Now it's been two months since I joined the inch loss I had in this period is incredible.. I can also feel significant changes in my body.. 😇 though I wasn't able to attend the class continuously, am trying to put 100% of my effort.. thanks to you.. long way to go 👍🏻

    Making oneself fit is the best gift one can gift to oneself. I gifted this team's online workout session to myself on last week of Feb'2022 and the difference I feel is really astonishing for me. I could feel inch loss around my midway and chest Also, my thigh and leg muscles are tight nowadays I couldn't follow walking, but use to do skipping ( 20 counts a day for 5 times) Followed 30% of the diet like cutting down the 'whites' and adding millets to my food routine. I joined this pregnancy class and the exercises taught made me to be brave and reduce my delivery time to just 4 hours . The breathing exercises was a big saviour for me to tolerate the pain.     Joining in your online work session is the best thing I have done during this covid time. It helped me to gain my confidence both mentally and physically. Coming to the workouts part, everyday different workouts making me not to get bored off. And it may look simple but the effect that each one creates is mind blowing. Now i came to a mind set that if I miss any one day of the session that day is utter waste.

    I should thank the team first. It's been a month joined the online class, I've reduced 1 kg in a month. Though the weight reduction is less, I could see more inch losses.     Best choice I’ve made training here. VERY friendly team whom I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. My high cholesterol levels are reduced to normal now which I haven't seen over the years and same with the weight I have reduced 3-4 kgs in a month. Especially all the trainers are super nice and take an interest in us no matter what fitness level anyone at. I am feeling great at my energy levels.     Hi team I'm thrilled to share that, as a result of your excellent workout sessions, I lost 3 kg in just one month. Nevertheless, because I am nursing and have a kid who is three months old, I was unable to follow a healthy diet or go for walks. Working out while caring for a baby who is three months old was difficult, but I persisted, and now I feel optimistic that I will be able to return to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm delighted to report that, just from the workout, I was able to lose weight and inches.
