Mr. Satish helped me plan the trip to Valparai and Topslip given the short time I was to stay in Coimbatore. The Vehicle was clean and hygienic. Special mention about the Driver - Mr. Murugan - who was really focused on giving us the best experience. Rooms were good but the taps in the shower room had to be repaired. Also, the TV remote didn't work properly. But, overall, an awesome experience... Thanks Mr. Satish :)

Firstly a big thanks to Triaz Travel & Tours for organizing this wonderful tour package to Thailand. It was amazing experience and we had a wonderful time. We started our discussion with Jayalakshmi who is our SPOC for the entire tour from Day 1 organizing till our return back to the Home country. We have received the draft itinerary from Jayalakshmi and we have started asking her to give us even more different options and Jayalakshmi and the company have replied promptly without any frustrations as we've changed the itinerary over and over starting from Flight, Room Accommodation, Transport, Food and most important thing - "EVENTS or PLACES that we will be visiting" over and over. A special thanks to our SPOC for organizing this tour package and to the company for checking with us on our status from the beginning of the Tour till the return. Few things to highlight - 1. The company have come back to us on the information like Tourist VISA payment is not required as the FREE VISA period is extended. Hence we were only required the signed visa papers upon arrival in the Airport. 2. They will be very clear on what they will include and exclude. Hence there will be no confusion or disappointment in the later stage. 3. Regular follow-ups with us during our stay. 4. No struggle to look for the right people as all the arrangements have been taken care by the team and hence the trip have been wonderful and successful one. 5. Our last day of our trip is the most amazing and memorable one. The company will tell you whether the particular games are worth one or not and if they say it's totally worth for the every money you spend, then you should really go for that games. Two years back we went to Sri Lanka, an incredible experience we had! The trip was perfectly organized, the accommodations great, the food fantastic, especially the guide, he had an encyclopedic knowledge of everything and was always attentive to the group and had us laughing always.
