It was an awesome stay. We really enjoyed. Staffs were so friendly. Service was fast. Resort is at amazing location. Felt very refreshing there. Staff helped us to celebrate my son's birthday.they decorated room with balloons and got cake. Surely will recommend to others.

I came here for the corporate meeting with my friends and family. This place is just like a paradise. This resort is amazing in every aspects in its own way. Lets say food, hospitality and staff everything here is just amazing amazing. We have no words to express our joy and peacefulness. I'm fully satisfied with all their amenities and services. I personally love their mutton biriyani. Will definitely visit again for a refreshing vacation with my family.

Overall, the resort has plenty of activities to do and the buffet offered for dinner and breakfast had so many options to choose from and was decent. I had to reduce my rating because we had a last minute booking and the check-in was at 2 but we had reached the resort at around 7. The reception took their sweet time to confirm the booking while we had to wait and when we reached the room, we were given a room which was not cleaned, the bed was not made and the bathroom was not cleaned either. The cleaning was done only after we informed the staff and we had to wait another 20 mins for them to clean. I didn't expect this kind of service at the price range they are offering.

The location is good. But the price charged for the room is quite expensive equal to 5 star price. The amenities are not up to the mark. They food is very expensive. The taste and the service is horrible. The hospitality standard has to be improved. Overall it's not a memorable experience.

It was a pleasure staying at Sr Jungle Resort for our birthday celebrations.We had booked Six rooms .Breakfast was delicious. Also the restaurant is very good and staff was very helpful to make a special food for me as I was not feeling well. Overall the experience was excellent and enjoyed our stay. The arrangements done by the staff was mind-blowing. Events were well organised and their service was amazing. Out of the world. Will definitely stay there again and hoping for it.❤️❤️

We a group of 150 people came to SR jungle for a retreat. The nature diffused ambience is to die for. The food here is amazing. If you are looking for a place to relax ,with your family or friends it's a perfect weekend getaway. This place is pure bliss. Really enjoyed my time here. Visited SR Jungle Resort with my family recently. Enjoyed the good food and cool climate. However, disappointed with the unclean bathrooms and lack of toiletries. Shampoo and shower gel were not refilled. The place was crowded, perhaps due to the weekend. Despite the high rating, the price seemed excessively high.

This is a nice and big resort for family get-together and relaxation. It's well maintained. The chettinad bungalow was amazing. It give us a memorable and cherishing get-together They made good arrangements for our family meet. Thanks to the team manager, chef, Kids will love the pools, play area, etc. They need to focus a little more on housekeeping, and senior friendly bathrooms.Room cleaning was not done promptly.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The resort is kids friendly.Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. we had a great time together. All respect for them who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.

We stayed for 2 days. The place was good but the amenities and services is not good. In Suite room they don't even provide for soap and for each and everything we have to ask. The beds were Queen size for the Suite room but the cost of the rooms were very high. Not worthy for the amount spend except for the food and place location and atmosphere

Home away from Home …. A lovely place with beautiful view, Ambiance, elegantly scaped forest type Eco friendly environment and good staff(door step service 24X7). Morning's filled with beautiful Sun raise view with bird calls and colourful butterflies everywhere very refreshing. Very good play area for kids and adults both indoor n outdoor… In Evenings we enjoyed campfire, light music and we mingled with other families had a good time. Food was good quality and standards maintained….. All together it’s a very good place for a family time and cherishing moments

Lot of activities to pass the time, for kids, family and parents. Excellent food at all three times, and all staffs were very helping to get things done on time. They were keep on inquiring about our needs and if we are facing any challenges. Awesome food with real taste of all cuisines from Kerala to North Indian dishes.

We had a booking for a day and night in this resort .The resort location and the scenic beauty of the area really adds to the value. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The rooms are segregated according to various criteria and there is a swimming pool next to each villa plot so that you get adequate privacy and space.The staff are friendly and courteous and room service is great.The trek to the mountains in the morning was a pleasurable experience. Even our 6 year old daughter enjoyed it. The DJ night ,campfire and the games for family was remarkable,esp mention to Mr .Saleesh n team . The morning buffet was delectable. All in all , the stay was a fabulous one!

It's a very secluded resort in anaikatti... Very good rooms and the food is also not bad. But also not very good for the price tag attached. A good location to organize a close knit family weekend or a Sangeet night. There is a bar here. The pools are good too. The buggy service can be better because most of the time we felt that we were waiting for the buggies to pick us up. As I had travelled with my parents they couldn't walk everywhere.

A very wonderful experience at this resort, amazing service and pet friendly!! Attentive to details and starting from the time we came till we exit it was an awesome experience!! The jungle trek arranged in the morning is a must experience and the guides are very very good and helpful that even my 60 plus parents could complete it!! I’m overall very very happy with the stay!! A must for everyone to come and enjoy!!

We went there for corporate outing. Programs organized were entertaining . It is not easy to engage an initially disinterested crowd of 90 people and they managed to do it successfully. The rope adventure games are challenging enough but not impossible. They give you good workout. Covered swimming pool is very good. They have family and ladies pool separately . Food was also good. The team enjoyed and we are satisfied.

we had a great experience visiting the resort...the amenities here is very awesome...the moment we entered from the security gate is like we all were entering into a kingdom... all the staffs welcomed us in such a way... if any discomfort all that has been rectified immediately... friendly staffs... delicious food and entertaining events... most of the all everyone should experience the jeep safari and the adventure rope games... and never miss the spa when your here... and even for night owl peoples they got 24 hours coffee shops

It was a great experience at S R Jungle resort. I stayed for close to 4 days and it was a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely hospitable and they always ensure to go an extra mile to delight the customer. The resort is within the lap of nature and the property is well maintained. Spa Facilities also available inside the resort. Resort is also well secured and surveillanced. Due to Rainy season we couldn't go for Jungle walk. Place is well suited for both Family and friends gatherings.

The swimming pool was clean surrounded by trees. The complimentary breakfast was good. The food was tasty during our entire stay. They have a kids' play area, both indoor and outdoor. If you are photogenic, there are certain places where you can take beautiful pictures. Overall had a great experience.

We stayed in this resort for 1 day & night. They have segregated rooms as per no.of persons can utilise naming garden view likewise. Garden view rooms can accommodate 2 persons + 1 extra bed. The rooms are very well maintained. The interiors were awesome. The bathrooms are hygienically cleaned. The garden view has 20 rooms and situated in separate area with swimming pool. Like wise , other rooms. You can plan destination wedding here. They have infrastructure fr that. Full of greenery. Well maintained resort. You can choose this place for a peaceful vacation with your family.

I would like to share my experience during my recent one-day stay at the resort, and unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. Firstly, I was quite disappointed with the lack of maintenance in the restroom facilities. It was evident that the upkeep was not a priority, which made my stay uncomfortable and far from pleasant. Additionally, the check-in process was a major letdown. I experienced an unexpected delay of one hour, which not only disrupted my plans but also showcased a lack of proper organization and consideration for guests' time. Furthermore, I found the costs at the resort's restaurant to be exorbitant. While I understand that resort dining can be slightly pricier, the prices charged here were simply unjustifiable given the quality and portion sizes of the food. In total, my experience at the resort was far from what I had hoped for. The poorly maintained restroom, the significant delay during check-in, and the high restaurant costs combined to create a disappointing stay. I hope that by sharing this feedback, the resort can work towards improving these aspects for the benefit of future guests.

Resort was designed nicely and i loved the greenery. Bed in the rooms are small(looks to me smaller the queen size_ not sure), when you are family with a kid, but they provide extra beds in case. Many swimming pools are available to accommodate all guests, spent some good time in pools, but have to improve the maintenance.My child and nephew acquired an infection. Floaters was there but Bath towels are not available. Food was average. Buffet had a decent spread but the menu was similar for lunch and dinner. Made to think that they improvised on the left overs. Didn't have the appetite for the second and third meal provided. Few items in the menu were tasty, but most get a rating of average to less than average. Dinner buffet was arranged at 8 pm, that i felt should be earlier when you are considering the children among your guests, Furthermore, when few items in the menu were ready earlier by 7:30pm, we were prevented from having it, when we requested that our kids were hungry and sleepy. F&B supervisor/ manager is quite stern and impolite. I couldn't understand, why can't we? Final impression: Not so great, but maybe quite satisfying if you plan a day out, to spend in a resort rather than a stay.

Staff was not cooperative especially the reception.. not able to provide any information. In a good locations with required amenities to engage all age of guests.Parking areas provided in each segment helped not to make the place too crowded. Amenities also spread in various spots so that no much disturbance /uncomfortable feel for any guest.Food quality and quantity, They need to work very hard and food departments really felling very bad.. foods are very costly than five star hotels in cities... Guest engagement like night DJ and morning trekking was so refreshing.. Wonderful arrangement, Greenish Environment Amidst the Misty Mountains, Spacious amenities at reasonable cost, Easily approachable roadways. Place is located in calm and serene natural environment with scenic hill views. Swimming pool was good. Indoor games room was not maintained properly.

Our company had our team outing at SR Jungle resort .The whole experience was amazing. It's a superb property, with views of the hills & Mountains The grounds are nicely planned and landscaped, it's so peaceful there. The food was delicious, and the arrangement is top notch. Finally, the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and professional. Especially Maheswari (Team Leader) has done a wonderful job ,she has arranged the need and guided us throughout the event. Special thanks to Abhi as well for the smart support ,plan & Help .I can't wait to go back and visit again.

Lovely place, tasteful landscaping and statues, nicely designed accommodation with rope beds and tasteful porticos. The pub was great with very friendly staff. Food was excellent and overall staff were very helpful and accommodating. Things that can be improved are telephone access, reliable hot water supply, better instant coffee in the room and better information and more trained entertainment.

The dinning room staffs are very polite,, courteous and they really took care of us. We enjoyed our stay because of the people who worked here. But the room service was lousy and the bathroom wasn’t comfortable especially shower. Overall, we enjoyed the environment. I will definitely recommend to my friends. Please improve the bathroom facilities.
