I visited Lakme Saloon at Race course for the first time and I would say the services were wonderful!! I had opted for a hair spa and clean up. The stylist, Vipin was courteous and he knew what he was doing. He recommended the spa that's suitable for my conditions. I would like to recommend Lakme Salon without any hesitation!!

I did a facial and haircut yesterday with Vibin. I had an amazing experience with him. He was so patient, listened to my preferences and executed it really good. I highly recommend him and Lakme salon for Facial and Haircut services.

Vipin is the absolute besttt! I booked with Vipin for my haircut, beard and facial for my wedding. He carries a very nice vibe, takes great care in his work, makes sure you are comfortable and patiently notes what kind of haircut and beard trim you are looking for, and he did exactly what I wanted. Perfect lines for beard and the perfect fade for my wedding. Did an excellent job with facial as well. I don’t normally write reviews but Vipin’s work is exceptional. I highly recommend Vipin if you are looking for a wedding makeover.

I have booked for a capa cabana treatment during new year but as the product was not available the booking was rescheduled to another day. I was busy with some works and not able to go for the hair treatment. Today was the day I got the chance to take the hair treatment with hair colour. No other place or anywhere you can find the dedication and hard work of a hair stylist and also the store incharge I must personally thank ren (hair stylist) and the store incharge for taking their utmost time till late night for producing an awesome service. Went for styling my hair. It came out very nicely. Hairstylist (Sanjna) was good. Open to suggestions and have her own recommendations also that turned out well. It took quite long time though so it's better to book an appointment.

My wife needed to get waxing the day before our reception and all other salons in the area were very rude and not helpful as it was late at night. This salon accommodated her and got her waxing done beyond closing time. Also my wife introduced me to the men’s stylist at the salon and his name was Vibin. Vibin did a great job with demo makeup and we signed him up for doing my sangeet and reception makeup. Vibin is extremely professional and very punctual. He was always before the stipulated time and promptly does his job. He does an excellent job very efficiently and patiently accommodating all requests. Definitely sign them up for all functions.

Re the pricing, they are very budget friendly for a men's haircut and beard trimming compared to other salons and they do not compromise on their quality. I went to lakme for my hair smoothening . I had a really good experience with my stylist Sita. She was very patient and professional. She talked through every process and was very careful along the way.Overall she did a really good job and I loved my straightened smooth hair. I would be coming often and totally recommend for anyone.

Got eyebrow threading and upper lips done here at Lakme. I ended up with cuts and bruises the next day. What's worse is the lady who did the job was criticising my eyebrows everytime I asked her to do it properly as she kept leaving out spots. The whole process took half an hour and was a very painful experience. I even had to ask her to switch on the lights in the salon since she couldn't see very well. Completely unprofessional. I have filed a complaint about this and sincerely hope something is done about it.

Did my haircut and beard trim here few days ago. It was one if the best Services in recent times for me. The hair dresser bipin was very professional and did a very good job.

I went for waxing and threading service They told me to take face waxing instead of threading. I did tell them that my face was sensitive and i have an upcoming function . They convinced me saying that it will be painful to go for threading and its the safest procedure and I agreed and when i came home and checked i had hair all over my cheeks and i got bumps and acne all over my face very next day and the burning sensation and pain is unbearable and i had to go to a dermatologist today. They care only about few hundreds that add to the bill and not about your skin concern . Very unprofessional, not properly trained and money oriented. Terrible experience. Also if you ask for cysteine treatment and the product is almost over keratin or smoothing will be done without informing the client. This happened to me in the previous visit. Not blaming the management or service but the genuineness and skill of the working professionals.
