Wonderful dwelling place. I was there for 3 years , everything was good , swimming pool , amphitheater, indoor shuttle , table tennis 🏓, gym 🏋️‍♂️ , basketball 🏀 court, and particularly its graphical maintenance fee it fluctuates according to all. Worthy place to live.

Looks like the apartment in the Ramana film hopefully constructed in good way. 😜 Just for fun. The community was looking posh with beautiful club house and party lawn in the centre. Situated on the highway easy to locate. Vehicles are routed well by security there. Thumbs up!

Is there anyone who doesn't love Central Park? Absolutely there can be no one. Such a beautiful building and well secured place for a pleasant stay. No need of theft worries. Only access holders can get into or the residents should allow you to come in. Or else no way man...

Located on the main road. It's easily accessible for bus stands, super markets and other utilities. Have basic amenities like drinking RO water, piped gas lines, underground parking, gym etc.

I came to this apartment as a tenant during 2019 and now I own an apartment .I like the amenities and the space below the apartment.very spacious surrounding for walking and a club house with badminton swimming pool gym and party hall.kids play room.library tabletennis etc..located in sathy main road .. amphitheatre,basket ball area and kids park..heavan for kids and elderly people..vinayagar temple inside premises..

Place is situated on Sathy main road, Saravanampatti. Gated community type apartment with entrance maintained by security as well as access control door to individual blocks entry.

One of the pose Appartment in saravanampatty NH 948 highway.. It's very near to all supermarkets prozone mall and IT zone Ofcourse school and colleges.. Rent is actually very High even for 2bhk.. Maintainence is somewhat okay.. They should really take care of lawn and swimming pool and other stuffs.. But gas and water connection are all good condition.. Overall I can rate 4 out of 5 for this community!

All white towels are turned into brown, hospitality is very poor. To eat breakfast they don’t provide cutlery.

Wonderful gated community. Best part is the all time breeze. Swimming pool is mostly under maintenance. Terrace is not accessible. Other amenities are good.
