Today me and my wife visited Mehta's gift shop to get a set of return gifts ... There was another customer in the shop and we waited but the sales woman asked us what we needed and told us to take a look at the collection in the meantime... The owner of the shop who was sitting in the billing counter was soo rude telling the saleswomen to attend one by one and with such a bad tone to not show to us ... This is not the first time .. we straightaway walked out of the shop and decided never to buy anything from them again just for the attitude ... Or I don't know if it is because we were South Indians ....

Nice place for gift items and home decors. Three storage building with choice to buy gift items, silver, return gifts, clocks, different collection of idols and many more. Staff are cooperative. Decorative plates for marriage and German silver products available...

This shop is located in main area in r.s.puram. The shop mainly sell gift items , god statue , silver products and many more . They have a wide collection of all the above items . Even marble status are also available. The colour of the products are very punchey and good. They have products for more than 3 floor. So in Coimbatore I would recommend this shop for a wide variety of show case items, gift item and so on .

Plus point - Good variety Minus points - Such a big name in Coimbatore for Silver items but card doesn't work. They are so unapologetic about it as if they don't care if you go off without purchasing. Paid using PayTM not because they suggested because they don't care even if they lose a customer. Bill printing is another hurdle. You have to keep waiting and if you ask, they say to wait in an absolutely snubbish tone as if they are offering us things free of cost. People keen on good customer service which is too common in this city of Coimbatore, can't accept such an attitude.

Well managed store where you can get multiple items from gift articles to silver ornaments, hand bags and purses. The owner of the store Mr. Ashok Mehta is very polite and cooperative person. The store is located in the ma8n market on the main road, easily accessible. A must visit store for people living in Coimbatore.

I have been a long term customer, our family always makes purchases for any occasion and we have been purchasing here for the last 8 years. Everytime I visited the shop, I was treated with respect, But today when I went to the shop to buy jewels for my kid, I was intimidated to see the rude behavior of the female sales person (i think her name is AMUTHA) in the silver ornaments section. She was very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to customers. These kind of people may spoil the reputation. Management, please look into this issue and take necessary action. On the contrary, I would like to thank another sales person ( Bathri ) on her calm and composed service.
