Overall Experience was fine except the wait time to see the doctor, even if they don't have any patients they will make u wait a minimum of 1 hour to see the doctor. The receptionist keeps on chit chatting and not even listening to out-patient feedback

One of the worst management ever, patients should not wait for the doctor. Here we have to wait atleast 1hr to address the illness. Don't know how many doctors are there but the worst part is nurses. My wife got 101 fever and had informed reception and nurses for the criticality but they don't even bother to attend. In the emergency room patients are lying unattended and people are sitting in the lobby for the doctor to come. I think the nurses don't know the meaning for first aid. And the reception guy is not even opening mouth to newcomers that the doctor is not there/available at the movement. Management should educate people who are in response that it will take 1hr or 2hrs to address the patients, if they would have told that at the time of entry itself we will not put our life in danger for not waiting there to address. Hope the management sees this and takes action

No words to say IF ANY AWARD FOR "THE WORLD WORSE HOSPITAL" I Strongly recommended to the WHO. Because last 8th. I done suture to my lip, and to day another hospital reopened and done my secondary suture do to the usage of the contaminated articles, like needles,scissors, threads etc. They are not useing any autoclave or any sterilization. So go some other hospitals But the things is that the people are not checking the reviews after visit everyone will come and check in the Google 🤣🤣🤣

Much satisfied with the treatment and care of the doctor and other staffs. Good parking facility. Individual Room with attached bathroom, neat, cleaned regularly, one additional bed for caretaker, TV, Heater provided on request. Has ramp and lift. Room no - 104. Food was not provided

This hospital has many nurse but no hospitality. They don't know how to treat a patient and visitors. I used to take my mother to abirami hospital, sundharapuram, which is not that hygienic place but the nurses and their services were very satisfactory. This mowthi hospital knows many things except patients comfort or dignity👏👏👏. They charge and coast so much, for what!.....worst!......

Worst! No diagnosis, direct treatment. Even the weight scales are not calibrated properly let alone the thermometers and sphygmomanometer (BP machine). Diagnosed 105°F for a person who was consious and talking.

Very worst hospital, only operating to mint money from patients. Staffs are very rude and Ill mannered. No concern for patients. Doctors are also not caring the patients. If you go for fever, they will scare you and diagnose appendix and try to make more money from you. Also waiting time will be beyond your imagination Be careful while visiting this hospital. Poor service rendered by reception staffs , very poor maintenance, went to this hospital with cold and body pain , not even checked nassel and throat condition, immediately prescription given asked to take medication as per the doctor prescribed. Staffs are using sandals but patients or not allowed to use inside the hospital. Waste of money. And very poor quality in treatments

A decent hospital, simple down to earth and caring staff - right from the watchman to the doctors. Cleanliness is given importance too. My mother was well cared for. Food had to be ordered/brought from outside.

Worst experience. My grandmother was taken there and diagnosed with fracture in her hand. The nurses carelessly tossed the injured area despite the patient screaming in pain. The nurses kepy quarreling and gossiping causing the patient stress. They didn't even care to reply or listen to what the patient had to say and showed a lethargic attitude towards the old patient .No respect at all. Dissatisfied and disappointed. 5 hours was taken to take scans and no first aid was given.

Excellent Nursing...by Abhinaya, Anitha, Janani, Mounika, Devadarshika andSaranya. This nursing team responded positively and immediately on call.Looked after our amma with such dedication and Care...that we are very grateful to them all. Very very slow response to patient needs. Unfortunately we had to wait for an hour to meet the doctor while the staff told us he was on a meeting call. Even after the nurses kept informing him, he made us wait longer. Sadly, Totally unsatisfied with my experience.

This is worst hospital service we have ever experienced. yesterday night i took my wife for treatment for putting teternus injection and checkup there were about 10 staff and 1 duty doctor.we reached at 11pm we were waiting for 1 hour and except cleaning the wound after one hour that too after insisting we will leave. There was 2 other patients treated and one was The hygiene was zero. there was a patient who had a suiture and they trimmed his beard, after his treatment my wife was asked to be seated in the same place without even cleaning or changing the bedsheet and the duty doctor on 18-2-2022 at 11.00pm was busy chatting with the nurses while checking his laptop. Speaking purely unprofessional language which is apart from his work.not even one star.

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen.. Took my father a cut injury, they didn't even ask about the medical history of the patient, since he is diabetic.. Didn't even allow me(attender) inside the dressing ward, and explain about the patient's medical history..Nurses are very rude to the patients and their attenders.. Card and gpay payment will not be accepted, only cash payment is accepted

The Patients are correctly diagnosed and treated well with minimum to zero waiting time. We got a room - 107 which was maintained neatly and the patient also recovered quickly due to continuous care from the staffs.

My mom was referred for treatment here. Dr. Ravikumar had clearly diagnosed on the root cause, which was ignored by various other doctors and performed a complex surgery successfully. Support staff were very helpful and responsive.

I went to consult for fever and they injected me with the medicine and gave me some tablets. Next day i felt better. But the pain where i got my injection lasted me for a week. I seeked help in the same hospital and they gave me other medicines to reduce the pain. I won't recommend taking injections there.
