I am editing my review after three years of my visits here. For clinical care and attention the hospital is best and deserves more than five star. However the system of car parking charge made me think about giving them three stars only. They are charging 20 rupees per day even if you parked for ten days, when going out the security will collect money for the whole ten days (200 rupees) which is ridiculous I think. If patient is admitted they should allow at least one car to be parked free or one time fee will be fair enough. Don’t know about other facilities how they are charging for it. Edited : though they replied to my review I emailed their customer service with my contact details, they never contacted me until today (9/5/23)

I feel like, here every patient will get excellent service. Here doctor has profound knowledge about all disease and beautifully he explain about the disease to patient that will help full to the patient to know about the problem. Here you can get some ideas that what we have to do some emergency situation in home, I really like these kind of activity here. More over Nurses, pharmacist and receptionist are very polite they really take care patient well. That too I like very much here. Finally over all experience here very nice. I hope each and every patient will get the same feel.,,🙂

I have been hospitalized due to intracranial hypotension which leads to spinal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak, Dr. K Vijayan has identified the issue by asking the symptoms itself and diagnosed the issue with the right treatment plan. I have been hospitalized for 4 days and stay was very comfortable. The bill amount Rs. 41k was reasonable which includes 13.7k for MRI scan, 3.5k for blood test, 10k for private Non AC room 4 days rent and rest 13.8k are for doctor, food, nursing and other expenses.

I am writing my personal opinion about Dr. Madeshwaranmani (rheumatologist) based on couple of our visit in the last 2 months. I would rate an outright five star based on the treatment and the quality of the consultation we had with the Dr. Understanding we are travelling from different city to the hospital for consultation, Dr is very kind enough in getting on video consultation as required and helped avoid frequent travels. He had even above and beyond and had even requested us to take some tests in our city and had monitored the progress via digitally validating the reports. This had helped people like us to save time and as well feel comfortable. A definite recommendable Dr. Also the supporting staffs. They all are very kind to interact and are much friendly making the patient feel comfortable.

Very good hospital. I would give 5 star rating. They treat COVID patient separately. Maintain very good hygiene. One of the new and improving hospital in Coimbatore. Still few things need to improve. Canteen also very good with reasonable price. We are taking treatment for here because of very good management and they make the crowd separate. Fee is very reasonable compare to other multi-speciality hospitals around. Main thing is very easy to access since it is not located in the city.

Giving 5 stars will not be enough for Dr.Kalaivani Logesh madam for her kind heart and care that she is showing for all her patients, if i get chance to collect all the stars in the universe for sure all those should be given to Dr.Kalaivani Logesh. I wanted to thank madam for her timely help to save my daughter and wife. We were consulting at women's center and due to some criticality we got admitted for c section after doing all the pre operation formalities they asked us to get shifted to some other hospital as my wife was tested COVID positive we don't have any idea where we have to go and what to do on that situation. Suddenly one of my cousin had a word with Dr.Kalaivani madam and madam agreed to treat my wife even though she is covid positive immediately we shifted her to Royal care hospital the way how madam treated my wife and helped her was amazing. The hospital where we consulted asked us to move out due to COVID but here madam visited to COVID daily to check the health status of my wife and the care which Dr.Kalaivani Logesh showed we never experienced such kind and care anywher and for sure no one can show these kind of care for their patients. I can say that madam is working towards the passion on her profession. To be Frank god will not come to earth directly instead they come in the way of people like Dr.Kalaivani. Saying thanks will not be enough for the care that you shown to us madam.

Today (28th Jan 22), I have gone for regular check up at royal care hospital... My Dr. suggested to have medicine for two more months...with the prescription I have gone to Pharmacy... The staff member has confirmed and place the order. At the time of delivery, they have sold out the old stock... Which you can see the attached picture. They persuade me to use the medicine, however I have asked for new one they said the medicine validity is till end of Feb' 22. In addition to that the seal was already opened...I haven't checked during delivery bez they sealed my medicine package.... Humble request to all patients check expire date of your medicine before you leave the pharmacy counter......beware of those people.... I felt sad about Royal care hospital... Be careful in pharmacy...

My daughter was hospitalized for dengue fever. We had come from Ooty and she was almost critical by the time we decided to admit her in Royal Care. Thanks to the Pediatrician Dr.Brinda, she immediately started the treatment and we could see the results. She took good care of my daughter and was excellent on the follow-ups. She made us comfortable and ensured that we did not panic. My daughter was cured in 3 days, a big thanks to Dr.Brinda. The staff was kind and empathetic. They attended to every small need of ours and took real care of our daughter. It was a real "ROYAL CARE". Thanks and kudos team Royal care.

Excellent treatment provided by the doctors and good care provided by Nurses and health care professionals. Infrastructure of the hospital is too good. Everything is available inside the hospital campus. And its highly spacious too. With regarding Charges, yes its high but when you compare with other multispeciality hospitals available in the city we can say its fine. In general all multispeciality hospitals charge more. I have admitted my father when he was affected by Swine flu in critical stage from another Multispeciality hospital. They provided neat and clear explanation what is the situation and progress without making us panic. In addition they didn't make us to wait in ICU for more time in a day they ask us to leave for normal room. Yes room availability is less in all category its always in pre booking. And discharging of patient is the one am not ok with. You can always add 2 hours + the estimation time they will give.

I would advise, please avoid this damn hospital. If anyone around you says good about this hospital, it's probably hyped or false information. No one takes responsibility. She got admitted on a Sunday evening and until the next night the senior doctor never showed up. And the junior doctor doesn't have any manners of how to communicate certain things to the patient. When my family member told the doctor she was in pain, the doctor responded rudely saying,"didn't I tell you that you have tumor" The senior neuro doctor never spent even a minute in the room after coming in. We were paying so much of our hard earned money but he made us run behind him to get an update. Although I know the name of the doctor, I don't want to mention here. Overall the behaviour of doctors were rude, no single word of positivism, money extraction from patients at play by going to any extreme. The comment may be marked spam by the hospital admin. But it's real

Very good support and care in ICU ...very good care by all the doctors, nurses and staff. Very detailed briefing on the patient condition twice daily is really good to alleviate our anxiety. They clearly explain the actual condition in a very polite manner. CRM is very good. Even the housekeeping staff behave very politely. Please keep it up. Definitely I would recommend this hospital to my friends and family. 👍👍

Worst hospital ever, no respect for the Nurses and low paid hospital in Coimbatore. If they are not giving good salary to the Nurses and staff, then how the Nurses will give good patient care. Judgments given by the doctors are more accurate. I am totally satisfied with the treatment provided by royal care hospital. Staffs in the hospital are kind and helpful. Money is their Moto not service..I am from Sulthanpet and We did small dressing for my father at Senjeri pirivu branch..It is newly opened and one year old only , While we are going to hospital there is no patients available..Then only I found the reasons for Zero patient available..Actuallly they are fully money minded only..No proper service provided..Small kind of dressing got 500 Rupees..Even I purchased NS 1 full bottle,2set of hand gloves,Injection and medicine for injection and all the raw materials newly from their own medical shop counter. Doctor also not consulted..then why 500 Rupees I don't know..They used only 50% of the materials which I purchased and gave it to them and keep all the remaining with them only. Simply looted our money..it is kind of village town and How the people wil spend this much money..Very worst hospital which I ever seen.. My Mom was diagnosed with severe Ulcerative Colitis..and it is treated at the right time..As per doctor's advice and treatment now it is under control.I will be forever grateful for Doctor Paul Vannan. He is an amazing doctor and good human.

Dr. S. Kalyanakumari I am consulting with Dr. K. K mam for both of my pregnancy. Consultation and treatment was very good. Both the deliveries was C-section only due to unavoidable medical emergency. But I didn't face any difficulties before and after delivery. I am very much satisfied with her treatment. I will definitely refer her to my friends and relatives for treatment. I had consultation with other doctors as well. Treatment by all the doctors are good. But we need to wait for long time to get consultation. Time management is the only reason for 4 star review. Otherwise its 5 star only. Please do the needful to save time of patients. Please give less appointments per day for OP of doctors or some random time slot to manage . It will help both side

There's no use booking appointment. They don't call as per token number. Many people recommended and go to see doctor. We are also human being. Please consider us too.. I met with an accident last December and was found with multiple ligament injury in my right knee in Royal care. I was operated by Dr.C.Karthikeyan M.S.Ortho.His treatment and advises in strengthening my knee worked really well. He was very kind and friendly throughout all my reviews and recovery. I did my master health check @ Royalcare, they have a very good process to make sure we don’t have to wait longer. The staffs are really very helpful, and were very happy to assist. Best thing about the Master Health Checkup is their doctor Dr. Janardanan who was very calm and took his time in answering all my stupid questions, and his advise was very professional. When I visited him I had a feel that I used to get when I visit my family doctor in my native. Thank you doctor! One final suggestion is the approach road to the hospital, I had to cross a highway with no signals, a bit scary! I hope the management is already looking into it.

My sister worked in this hospital ,they are saying 8 hours duty but in reality it will take more than 10 hrs ,after she releive they charge one month salary to her...then only they provide her original certificate..... totally worst behaviour and place of fraudulent....most of the nurses face this situation.

Iam from Hyderabad and the one word to say about this hospital is WOW. Excellent Doctors, excellent ward Nurses/sisters with lot of patience. We had to stay in this hospital for 2 days and the services they provided were excellent. All the teams were in sync and well organized. Everything is so streamlined. Canteen is the best. They send food according to patients diet. Overall have not seen a good hospital in my life until we admitted here. Good work team.

Our appointment time is 8 AM... Now it's almost 9.15AM.... still the doctor haven't arrived in his cabin.... the staff here says that the doctor will come only by 9.30AM... The management should take care of the communication and should respect the time spent by the people... everyone's time is valued..... Apart from this, the hospital seems to be fine....

The ICU team at Royal Care Hospital were excellent. They provided frequent and timely updates and took excellent care of my father. Dr. T.A. Senthilnaathan, Dr. Charan, Dr. V. Nandakumar and all other ICU doctors on duty were very kind and compassionate in their updates. The nurses and support staff at the ICU 2 bed 1 were very kind to my father. They treated my father as their own ‘thatha’. Thank you sister Gomathi and the entire team!

Overall ICU performance was good. Dr. V. Nandakumar gives good feedback and ongoing treatment for my brother special thanks to Dr. Senthilkumar - neuro surgeon for providing positive feedback health improvement. Thanks to Staff nurse Mukesh and Supervisor Lakshmikutty of taking care of my brother during the treatment period. Special mention and thanks to ICU security guard Sumathi and Vimala akka for calling us on time during visiting doctor meeting time. To suggest we recommend to improve the canteen facility. Service staff do not attend to the table even of we call multiple time to serve the food. We request the management to look into and improve for better services in future. Overall good. Except for canteen need little improvement in services.

ICU services were good and handled the patient nicely. He is able to recover quickly with at most care by ICU staff. Doctor Senthilkumar (Neuro surgeon) were able to explain better about the patient and he was quite responsive to attender Also ICU doctors ( Dr Vivekanandan, Sakthivel, Dr Senthilkumar , Dr Charan had given proper feedback and condition about him every day twice . Hospital is very good. The staff’s are very friendly. My grandfather was kept in ICU for 2 days. He was very well taken care of. The nurse are very hospitable too. Though the cost is a bit pricey, the service is good.

Nice hospital. Great facilities. Very hygienic environment. Washrooms are not so Clean. We had some very bad smell from the restroom. Large parking facility. Near to the highway. They also started nursing college recently Always busy crowd but they are managing the crowd and we don't feel over crowded.

Worst experience here. My mother planned to do vericose operation. But no proper response from doctors and workers there. We cancelled the operation. Best for neurologist, for other departments improve a lot. Very bad experience visiting gastro department. There are many sugar patient waiting to take endoscopy, they are in empty stomach. Doctor and assistant doctor's are coming at 10.30am and they did the test at Time of 12pm. Very very carelessness. Have to improve a lot. Such a worst experience. Good hospital setup with advanced ICU care unit. Spacious individual rooms available which costs around Rs. 2500 per day. However the route to reach the hospital is hectic and you need to travel a lot if you are within the centre of city.If you are traveling to hospital by bus from city get down by neelambur bus stop and you can get management arranged vehicle which get you there to hospital

My Dad was admitted here in a critical condition (Emergency) on 20/12/2019. All staff are humble and polite. Many doctors visited him immediately . Gastro Entrologist , Neurologist, Urlogist,Pulmonologist & Diabetologist . As he had all these complications. Surgery was performed the next day by Mr Paulvannan ,an excellent doctor. He was in the ICU for 3 days. The ICU is managed by a team of Highly Qualified Doctors. Mr.Vivekananthan and Mr.Nandakumar explain the treatment details everyday after the ICU Visit. Again some excellent doctors. He was transferred to the room no 408X. Respiratory Therapist visited thrice a day(every 8 hours) , Physio therapist visited every day to make him walk. Mr.Paulvannan and his assistants visited him every day . Mr.K.Chockalingam Cardiologist visited him when he complained about chest pain. Mr.Arjun Srinivsaan Pulmonologist visited him every day . All these doctors explain the patient recovery details to the attenders inside the room. I was waiting outside during few visits. They explained to me as well. Nursing care is world class. They are always ready to respond anytime of the day. I was awake till morning 5 am for 2 days to make my dad feel comfortable. But that was not required. The nurses visited him every now and then. Like every 20 to 30 minutes even at night. They always told me , anna ( brother) , go and sleep, we will take care. Housekeeping - The rooms are cleaned and mopped twice a day. They do rent rooms for attenders to stay if you need them. They guys who help the patient change clothes give him a wipe in the initial days and bath in the later days are excellent . Basically the patient needs a attender only to talk. Rest all is taken with good care. As no hotels nearby, they have a canteen facility. The food is good in quality and prices are very less. Doctors also eat here. There is a cofee shop at the 4th floor Car park to the reception lobby - Free battery operated car Reception lobby to neelambur bus stop - Free omnivan service. The hospital is little expensive for inpatients but you get the best care for the most critical patients. Royal Care , The Name says it. Its world Class. The OP department is little unorganised because of the high flow of patients. I consulted Mr.Pattabhiraman for myself, and the treatment was very good.

This is something which we typically see in western countries and could witness it in your hospital.

My wife met with RTA, So I admitted my wife here for almost 100 days , the decision making is very poor in neoro surgery team, Dr Raghu(Neuro Surgeon), Dr Senthil (Neuro surgeon) can make a fine decision for surgey but they can't follow up because of Dr Madheshwaran (Chairman- the final decision maker).His opinion always contrast with these surgeons EX: My wife brain CT shows hydrocephalus followed by Decompressive craniectomy, both Dr Raghu & Dr Senthil suggested for VP shunt, but Dr Madheshwaran suggested for Duroplasty it doesn't work out for her, the fluids accumulated in ventricles increased a lot , once she detoriates completely after 12 days again they kept VP shunt which costs double surgery price, unnecessarly surgery count is increased, more over Physically she deteriorates a lot after Duroplasty After this incident Dr Madheshwaran never explained about this failure of this Duroplasty and why she detoriates a lot after Duroplasty
