Sapna book house is located at perisamy road R.S.Puram, just 50 meters away from the mettupalayam road petrol bunk signal. I am a customer since 2017 and I never faced any problem but my recent visit was not so good, staff behaves rudely and have a very bad attitude. I know this place is bit high on price but given to the quality I usually prefer to buy here; however now it seems even more expensive and quality is not up to the point. I compared few stationeries with Amazon pricing and it is very cheap at amazon with good quality. After seeing so many reviews similar to my personal experience I don’t think anything going to change! Apart from my personal experience, talking about the collections they have story books, writing note books in different size and varieties, files collections, snacks, wool, chart, pen, pencils, gift items, greeting cards, coffee cups, ceramic cups up-to 1 liter, purse, face creams, sweets, chocolates, biscuits, electronic items like mouse, keyboards, different type of connecters , headphones, earphones, body spray, statues, artificial plants etc.. Four wheelers and two wheelers parking available at the underground is really good.

From 5 coming down to 1 star. I've been a long time loyal customer of Sapna. But recently i bought a weighing machine. It didn't work. They said it's the battery. I bought another battery from them. Still didn't work. Then I raised a complaint for an exchange or refund. They kept insisting on exchange with the same brand which is faulty. When asked for refund they refused. Quite disappointed, I told them to keep both the machine and the money. They happily agreed. Sadly they don't care about losing a customer compared to some fee hundred rupees. Congratulations for the profit you made unethically

In all, a hugely insane collection of anything and everything a student, a book lover and an artist would love to see. A must go seriously and only for book lovers and students alike. All the best..

No one can deny that sapna book house is a wonderful place for buying books and gifts. But they dont have a common basic restroom facility for their customers. Not even for their genuine customers who spend time in their store to purchase books and provide business for them. Instead we can buy from Amazon at a cheaper rate than this. The management need to look upon this issue where many kids and many seniors visit them

One Star only because of staff attitude towards customers. Management to train staff for customer handling. They cannot be rude and partial to customers. Please give counseling or training to the Stationery section lady as I can see many negative reviews on her attitude and still it is continuing till yesterday.

Very bad experience.. The woman in the stationery was rude and partial.. Unexpected behaviour from Sapna personnel. Importance is given to customers buying gifts (expensive) rather than books and stationery. I wonder how can people in stores be partial to their customers and moreover the woman in the stationery counter was angry when she was asked to do the billing for the items that I purchased... Sapna can change their display board stating 'ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS BUYING EXPENSIVE GOODS' instead of humiliating people like us..

I love this shop for its sophisticated simplicity.. The range of gifts, stationary, books, toys and games is impeccable. I have visited their main head store in Bengaluru off M.Groad.. Even that store was awesome. Located in the elite R.S.Puram area and easily accessible by public transport, it is one of the best stores.. I have seen in Coimbatore. Usually pick up a lot of Barbie series being a Barbie doll collector.. So I have not posted pics of the other sections of the store. The staff are very polite, elegant and helpful. Worth visiting.. Again and again..

Sapna has a great collection of books and recently I also saw great collection of Manga also. They also get you the books that you want if you order for them, including mangas. A great destination for gifts and books!

Even they have gift options like teddy, pen stand, bottle, bag, drawings essential, stationery, key chain and many other toy. My daughter likes buy her story books, painting sets and stationary items from this shop. They have enough variety of materials to satisfy the kids.

A wide collection of books and accessories. Great kids collection.. As a comic fan, I was happy to note they had all the Asterix and Tintin books including omnibus etc at MRP . They have some Indian graphic novels. They could increase their graphic novel/ manga collection. Great place, on the whole!

Worst customer care ever! I have been shopping here for years but the way the cashier behaved today was really shocking and offensive!!!!!! Before payment I wanted to remove an item from the bill as I found out that I was able to get that book at a cheaper rate online…but the Sapna staff refused to do the same. Even after me insisting on the same they were not willing to do it and were stubborn! Offended by their behaviour I informed them that if they continue to be this hostile I would be more than willing to buy the same online…they couldn’t care less!!!!!! I am extremely offended!!!!!! Never stepping into their store again!

Fantastic collection of books!!! I was pleasantly surprised of the large collection of books in various genres! They even hard cover edition of some books. All the books are in perfect condition and the staff are always ready to help in finding any book we want.

Has its own parking space in the basement. Can also be parked in the front. Has a good collection of books neatly arranged on the shelf and divided with proper headers. Stationery items, toys, chocolates, and gift articles were there. Little costly. It is mostly like a department store set up, where in addition to all types of books, all other items are made available. Can spend some time to see the collection of books and other items, unlike you just buy from a book shop/stationery shop. If cost is not an issue, then this is the place to be visited.

Great collection of books for all ages and all genres...I was surprised to see such a good book house at present in Coimbatore....In recent times, even the best book shops in Chennai don't have this huge collection of books...I was able to get good books for my family from this book store...all the books are neatly categorised and the staff were helpful...
