Booked
for

nights,checked
in
around
8pm
and
immediately
after
1hour
requested
the
receptionist
to
kindly
make
arrangements
to
change
our
rooms
or
cancel
our
stay
for
the
second
night,but
she
was
not
able
to
do
so...this
places
is
not
what
you
see
in
the
website
CONS
1)We
booked
a
standard
room...which
was
triangular
shaped
with
a
garbage
view,there
is
a
wooden
door
connected
with
the
next
room...all
talks,noises
,alcohol
smell
from
the
neighbour's
room
can
be
heard
crystal
clear
and
felt...we
could
sleep
only
after
2
am
!!!...so
if
you
are
alloted
these
corner
rooms
please
get
your
bookings
cancelled
2)Mosquito
menace
is
very
much
there...so
carry
mosquito
repellents
3)The
bathroom
is
stinky
and
the
tiles
on
the
walls
have
not
been
cleaned.
4)CAB
(covid
appropriate
behaviour)
was
definitely
not
upto
the
mark...when
we
checked
in
I
did
not
see
any
of
the
staffs
wearing
mask!!!...most
of
them
just
wore
a
badge
stating...I
AM
VACCINATED...However
the
next
morning,
I
saw/heard
the
manager
instructing
the
staffs
about
wearing
mask.
5)Breakfast
layout
was
just
average
6)The
beach
and
the
swimming
pool
are
also
just
average....nothing
like
what
is
shown
in
their
website
7)The
resort
has
no
place/balcony
to
hang
and
dry
your
swimming
costumes/beach
wear,except
the
bathroom...so
think
before
you
get
wet.
PROS
1)The
manager
was
thoughtful
enough
to
hear
out
our
problems,
and
helped
us
in
canceling
our
reservation
for
the
second
night....we
shifted
to
Radisson
Blu
and
had
a
very
pleasant
stay....
tjthe
smell
of
alcohol
from
the
next
room
