Firstly,
the
resort's
attention
to
detail
started
on
a
positive
note.
We
were
promptly
picked
up
from
the
airport
and
the
journey
to
the
resort
was
comfortable.
The
reception
provided
a
warm
welcome
with
fresh
coconut
water
and
a
thorough
orientation,
including
details
about
our
doctor
consultation,
yoga
sessions,
and
meal
timings.
However,
the
abundance
of
information
seemed
overwhelming,
especially
given
our
hunger
after
a
long
journey.
Our
villa
was
a
true
highlight,
featuring
stunning
architecture
and
well-equipped
amenities.
One
downside
was
the
inconsistency
in
hot
water
availability
during
showers,
which
we
attributed
to
the
focus
on
the
Ayurvedic
experience
rather
than
a
standard
luxury
stay.
The
Ayurvedic
treatments
administered
by
Dr.
Suhas,
Dr.
Leshma,
and
the
therapy
staff
were
exceptional.
They
addressed
our
health
concerns
with
care
and
professionalism,
creating
a
positive
and
rejuvenating
atmosphere.
Nattika
are
extremely
lucky
to
have
them!
I
wish
I
could
say
the
same
for
the
dining
lead
and
staff.
I
have
never
experienced
such
horrific
customer
service
or
discrimination
at
a
resort
or
hotel
before,
and
I
am
frankly
shocked
these
members
of
staff
are
employed
my
Nattika.
We
arrived
expecting
a
holistic,
calm,
stress
free
and
respectful
experience,
and
experienced
feeling
the
opposite
within
the
dining
area.
We
could
see
a
clear
difference
in
the
way
that
we
were
being
treated
to
other
customers
staying
at
the
hotel,
with
the
only
difference
being
it
seemed
we
were
from
a
different
country
or
culture
as
opposed
to
them.
We
were
consistently
ignored,
other
customers
were
favored
over
us
when
we
were
asking
for
exactly
the
same
service,
for
example,
asking
for
fruit
to
be
packed
to
be
taken
to
our
villa,
when
other
customers
were
getting
theirs
packed
and
delivered,
overall
discrimination
on
all
parts.
We
were
specifically
disappointed
with
Kailas,
who
was
the
head
of
the
dining
area,
especially
the
moment
when
my
mother
asked
for
some
fresh
roti
which
was
being
made
in
the
tandoor,
and
Kailas
brought
the
roti
to
our
table,
threw
the
basket
on
our
table
and
walked
off;
however
we
could
see
him
unfolding
napkins
and
placing
this
in
other
customers
laps.
Not
only
is
he
setting
the
wrong
example
for
other
staff
members,
but
he
is
also
tarnishing
the
experience
and
reputation
of
Nattika
as
a
tourist
destination.
After
2
days
of
experiencing
this
disgusting
treatment,
we
were
forced
to
speak
with
the
manager
Ashok
in
regards
to
this,
at
this
point
Kailas
felt
the
need
to
run
after
us
and
apologise,
clearly
knowing
his
behaviour
was
unacceptable.
Ashok
was
able
to
understand
the
disrespect
we
felt,
and
also
agreed
that
this
level
of
discrimination
should
not
be
tolerated.
Overall,
we
are
really
disappointed
in
the
experience
we
had
at
Nattika,
to
the
point
that
we
will
not
be
returning,
which
is
a
shame
as
we
came
to
Nattika
on
the
basis
of
a
recommendation
from
my
mother
who
had
previously
stayed
at
Rockholm,
the
sister
resort.
I
was
really
shocked
at
the
level
of
care
given
to
customers,
no
matter
where
they
are
from
or
what
their
background
is,
it
does
not
portray
the
ethos
behind
what
Nattika
is
trying
to
create
and
the
type
of
environment
that
someone
should
spend
their
time.
I'm
also
disappointed
in
the
lack
of
follow
up
from
Ashok,
the
manager,
after
this
incident
had
happened.
There
was
no
check
in
from
him,
other
than
the
conversation
we
had,
or
an
apology
from
anyone
in
the
dining
area.
Considering
the
amount
of
money
you
pay
to
come
and
stay
at
Nattika,
I
would
highly
advise
to
not
do
it!
There
are
many
other
resorts
to
go
to,
which
is
a
shame
as
the
doctors
and
treatment
staff
are
excellent,
the
overall
management
of
the
resort
and
dining
area
absolutely
tarnish
the
brand
and
the
experience,
especially
if
you
are
from
a
country
which
is
seen
as
the
'minority'
within
the
resort
and
whilst
you're
in
a
country
which
is
supposed
to
be
my
home.
