My experience in the restaurant is very worst, Price wise very expensive and the waiting is more than half n hour(we r the only customer), Size of the chicken leg is very small,lava cave is very very very small ,it cost 95 rupees but not worth more than 20 rupees, chicken wrap is ok and cappuccino is very low in quantity only half glass, water is not provided, Staffs are not professional and i don't like their behaviour and the oil smell is all over the restaurant It doesn't deserve a star

If you feel kfc is overrated then try heat square for budget friendly combos starting from 300 rupees. The best part was the chicken nuggets and fried chicken wings. value for money 💰

Simply waste of money. They need to learn how to cook a burger. Please don't sell old stock food items by giving 30 percent discount or any other offers.

Don't dare to visit there during busy hours. They will literally forget your order you have to remind them mutiple times then its possible to get your food atleast after an hour.

Order cheesy burger and I got it cold as ice just out of the freezer. Complaint over the counter and got a replacement which was just an heated food again. Too much waiting time as well. Better to try other options if in this place.

Heatsquare, first a big congratulations on settingup this quick service restaurant is located in the opposite side of KFC, McDonald's, a floor above Burger King (all international brands with heavy marketing backbone) in Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore. For the team at Heatsquare, kudos to great first step in taking your competition head-on. I am really impressed with their Zesty Chicken Burger and Popcorn Chicken, equal to or better than both KFC and McDonald's similar offering. QSR has to be reL quick in preparing and delivery, this area needs attention, they are a bit slow and a little disoriented. Train, train, train your staff otherwise you may miss the train to standout in this QSR crowd. Maintain cleanliness, when I visited about 7:30pm, minimal in-store footfall but its pretty active scene, no dedicated staff in cleaning customer side of the store. You NEED one. I am positive, if they maintain quality and timelines, could be the Best Challenger QSR in city.
