    Divya has been my trainer for the past 6 months . Iam a mother of 2 and I went for postpartum therapy,During this time I have benefited from Divya’s feminine expertise and her continual journey towards excellence in providing me with an overall healthy lifestyle program of physical, emotional and spiritual growth that has met my personal needs over the months. She is a continual mentor and teacher always bettering her knowledge and putting into action the benefits of her learning through her fitness program and communications. One of Divya’s strength is in providing a program that never gets old or stale. She has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness exercises without equipments. With her classes you get more than wat you think . You laugh , you dance, you get fit by emotionally, mentally, and physically. I strongly recommend Divya’s feminine fitness to all the age groups.

    wonderful trainer who can transform you more than what you could expect of yourself. I attended Divya Mam's classes after my first delivery.With a huge range of exercises and proper diet routine i lost nearly 6kgs in 2 months. She is not just a trainer but also a good friend who listens to all our physical conditions and provides right exercises individually too whenever needed. Sprains, cramps etc never has hindered our classes with her as she always stands there with the right remidies.Her range of exercises often delights me as hardly a set gets repeated in a month.Core strengthening exercises,zumba for fun,yoga for relaxation etc etc makes her sessions excitingly to look forward to..Right person to trust your time,energy and fitness journey with.Thank you mam for your classes and guidance. All the best to all who are planning to look forward to her .

    I would recommend this to all the women who really want to do some serious weight loss with so much fun and enthusiasm..she gives us very unique workouts which we never experienced in any of the well reputed gyms..go for it without any second thoughts it's really worth it

    Divya jayakumar - An energy ball u can say, i know her for the past 12+ years and the workouts what she gives have always been very innovative. Most importantly she is a very cheerful person and her classes are lively. Whether it is a group, PT or direct workout, you are never left alone. She keeps watching you and makes sure you workout the right way. All the best to you and don't stop coming out with such creative workouts divya.

    Divya is very energetic and a positive person. She designs the workouts in such a way that its not boring or monotonous. It helps us in looking forward for the classes and being regular. The classes are really effective and along with the diets provided we can see a visible inch loss and weight loss. I feel more energetic after the exercises and also my posture has improved a lot. I have already recommended many people for her fitness classes 😍

    Divya is excellent at what she does.. I’ve never seen a more sincere and dedicated trainer. She understands every body type and makes sure we push ourselves so hard, and will make sure we are more confident about our bodies. Going to DFF was the best decision I could ever make. I lost 5 kilos in 1.5 months - which I am very proud of. I couldn’t be happier being here. Thank you so much!!

    Divya's classes are always fun and effective... It's always good to take sessions from professionals, in that case you will get proper advice either for diet or any other physical issues we are going through...kids fitness session were very fun and my son use to wait for the classes everyday, getting ready with the props informed the day earlier. Overall fitness with fun😍😍😍😍💝

    The trainer dhivya was so friendly. I am not that much concerned about fitness and weight loss. I joined dhivya class during lockdown just to have some physical activity. But she made me realise the importance of fitness. And made me to loss some weight. Unfortunately I could not continue her class due to work. I would highly recommend her

    My fitness journey with DFF is been from 6 years I have not only lost weight but got back my confidence that I can loose weight. She is a excellent teacher with good techniques. Her excercise are not only for the body it's for even the mind and soul too. The most wonderful part about the class is her excercise are not repeating and it's not boring too. Both online and offline classes of hers are very effective.

    I know Divya mam for the past 6 years and I would say she is the best fitness instructor I ever know. I’m basically not an exercise person.I have tried lots of other activities like gym, group classes, yoga and failed to be consistent. It’s only her classes that kept me looking forward to the next one. She is so lively, positive and her classes are so interesting. Her dedication, commitment and sincerity has a major role in transforming me into a better person. I have referred her to my family and friends and they all love her classes.

    I know Divya for the past 12 years. earlier, I was impressed by the way she handles variety of clients and her immense knowledge in fitness. I have worked out under many trainers globally and I can easily vouch Divya to be one of the best.     Divya is very energetic and positive person, physiotherapist too. Her workouts are unique depending on health condition, needs and it’s not at all boring. U can feel the positive vibes inside the fitness center and mentally happy. As she is a physiotherapist, she helped me recover when I had a fall during the workouts. Recommend to join her classes.

    I’ve know Divya for 3 years now. She’s amazing. Her dedication and sincerity is something I admire the most. Never has she skipped a session. She’s always ready, energetic and encouraging. Divya gives a wide variety of excercises. She combines the excercises so well that never have I felt a boredom to excercise with her. She brings to us a wonderful combination of aerobics, strength training, yoga and stability. Her knowledge and the ability to combine excercises in a such a way that everyone feels confident doing it is commendable. To top it all she’s a qualified Physiotherapist and hence ensures that we stay injury free.
