It was Christmas 2021. We as Friends planned for a dine @ Park. firstly, I want to appreciate the Staff. There was a 'Waiter Friend' Let us call him "Gem" (Sorry , I failed to ask his name). I want to appreciate him for his patience, politeness and his "ATTITUDE" (Thanks to the recruiters who recruited him). I wanted to explain the situation in brief: There were scarcity of staff as it was the Christmas day. Gem informed the crew about the situation and also he informed that it would get a bit delayed as there wasn't sufficient staff (on that particular day). However, there were few families came as a crew who were irritating and scolding Gem for being late for which he responded very politely. We were waiting patiently and observing everything. Gem took intense effort to serve them as early as he could also was serving us in between. Thousand Wishes to "GEM" for your "ATTITUDE". We would prefer "Park" just for GEM. if you know the name, kindly respond. Below is the PIC we took with him. (GEM is next to the Child)

Went there to have lunch. Pathetic hotel. Very limited food option and taste of food is bad. Service is too slow and it took 30+mins for them to give a lemon juice too🤦 It's better to avoid this hotel for dining!

Right from the frontend reception of Mr.Joseph and Bala to the room service offered by Mr. Sagaya Raj and the excellent food service offered by Ruth and Abinaya sister. Every thing was excellent. The rooms are extremely neat and clean. Overall I felt like staying at home. Whenever we enter everyone greets and enquires about the day. It was quite a good experience in PARK. I wish them success completely.

We were three in a room and the place was clean. I would say the space between the bed and TV unit was too small. Overall, a good place to stay. They did not have a credit card swiping machine, you would have to pay cash. Breakfast was not at all good, they need to work on it. They had dosa,idli and omlette.

In this hotel rate is ok .but cockroach is there . vehicle sound every time .there is no relaxing space . I feel bad my family also bad 😡😡😡😡

Rooms looks like a Five star hotel. Price is very reasonable. Nice service. This surroundings one of the best hotel to stay.

I am pleased to say that my stay at The Parkhotel has been excellent and has surpassed all my expectations. Mr.Daniel joe & his team was very wonderful and catered to my every need. Lodging is very nice. Boarding is not atall good. Not even basic standard. Very poor maintenance of plates, glass etc.
