Quick
background:
Everyone
in
my
home
is
covid
positive.
I
got
high
fever
and
so
I
am
also
now
covid
positive.
I
went
to
this
hospital
to
test
and
confirm.
A
lot
of
poor
people
were
in
the
hospital.
1)
I
have
to
talk
with
reception
->
directed
towards
new
patients
counter
to
pay
70
and
get
my
details
entered
in
a
card.
2)
I
was
asked
to
pay
400
in
the
cash
counter
and
go
to
their
internal
pharmacy
with
the
bill
to
buy
"test
kit".
3)I
stood
in
queue
for
around
20
mins
along
with
other
unsuspecting
people..
I
have
covid..
all
these
people
weren't
following
social
distancing
and
the
hospital
has
not
even
marked
any
distance
length
to
stand.
It
was
almost
crowded.
4)finally
my
turn..
I
give
the
bill
and
ask
for
kit.
Pharmacy
attendant
asked
me
to
now
pay
53
rupees
for
transportation
fees.
So
I
had
to
go
to
the
cash
counter
again.
5)
I
stood
in
queue
in
cash
counter
and
paid.
Returned
to
the
pharmacy
and
stood
in
queue
again
to
buy
the
test
kit.
I
was
sweating,
feeling
dizzy
and
confused
out
of
tiredness
at
the
end
of
the
process.
One
sneeze
and
around
20
-30
innocent
people
and
their
families
would
have
been
affected
by
covid
mutated
version.
This
is
how
they
run
this
hospital.
I
saw
very
old
people
and
couldn't
accept
that
there
is
a
hospital
running
like
this
during
this
time
of
the
pandemic.
For
the
useless
management:
If
you
don't
have
any
ideas,
let
me
help
you.
1)
Keep
one
pharmacy
counter
opening
only
for
suspected
covid
patients.
Post
the
same
above
the
counter.
Preferably
the
left
end
counter.
2)
Draw
some
marks
for
social
distancing
on
the
floor
3)
get
all
the
money
in
one
shot
give
the
bill
in
one
shot,
give
the
test
kit
in
one
shot
and
send
the
covid
suspected
patients
outside
of
the
building
as
soon
as
possible
if
you
care
about
society,
your
patients
and
your
workers.
Never
make
covid
patients
stand
in
queue
along
with
other
poor
people.
