recently
travelled
to
kerala
for
a
family
tour
and
selected
STS
for
all
the
logistics
and
bookings
of
the
tour
,
right
from
the
places
I
wanted
to
visit
the
people
in
STS
took
special
care
of
my
needs
and
hotel
bookings
,
specially
Mr.
Allwyn
and
Ms.
akhila
made
it
a
point
to
give
me
all
the
booking
exactly
as
I
wanted
,
when
I
started
the
tour
from
Kochi
I
was
expecting
a
usual
welcome
from
the
operator
but
was
pleasently
surprised
when
there
tour/
operations
manager
Mr.
Babu
and
Mr.
Denny
personnaly
came
to
recieve
us
and
gave
us
a
very
grand
welcome
was
really
not
expecting
this
,
after
the
grand
welcome
they
explained
in
detail
all
my
trip
arrangements
and
handed
over
to
the
assigned
driver
with
the
vehicle
that
I
had
specifically
asked
for
to
our
guide
and
driver
Mr.
Sayd
Ali
who
although
new
to
the
company
had
a
very
good
knowledge
of
all
the
roads
and
places
to
visit
during
our
trip
,
all
along
the
trip
he
made
it
a
point
to
advice
us
of
the
places
to
visit
and
where
to
go
,
all
along
the
trip
of
7
-8
days
he
catered
to
all
our
whims
and
wishes
without
a
murmur
eventhough
he
was
going
with
the
fasts
of
ramadan
he
would
always
say
sir
,
we
will
go
,even
during
in
the
midst
our
tour
Mr.
Mubin
was
kind
enough
to
phone
me
and
enquire
about
our
arrangements
if
we
had
any
problems
if
any
thing
was
needed
,
a
great
gesture
for
taking
care
of
the
customers
Hats
off
to
all
the
STS
team
for
the
excellent
arrangements
made
,
will
definately
reccommend
STS
to
all
my
family
and
friends
for
all
there
future
travel
needs
,
Guys
reading
my
review
please
make
it
a
point
a
point
to
atleast
check
on
STS
for
all
your
travel
needs
,
was
tottaly
satisfied
with
the
efforts
taken
by
all
of
the
STS
team,
way
to
go
guys
keep
up
the
good
work
.
