Dear Dr. Sonia Feroz, When you pay Rs.500 for consultation, you expect better cordiality and proper explanation to your queries. I've been here twice and I felt like the service obtained was similar to that received in a very crowded government hospital. I myself am a doctor with 2.5 years of work experience. I was telling the doctor of my troubles with my hair as I have been going through various treatments for the past 5-6 years and nothing worked, she wasn't interested, wasn't even listening properly, started prescribing medications straightaway and also mocked me many times. I'm no dermatologist and have no ample knowledge and that's why I asked questions and also told you about the experiences my near ones had while using similar medications because I wanted to know about it. I'm not the kind of person who writes negative comments unless I'm really upset. I was quite miserable after both the appointments, which lasted barely 10 minutes even though I waited over 1 hour. Undoubtedly you are a wonderful doctor, that's why you have such amazing ratings and wonderful reviews, but I think you need to be more empathetic and do better with counselling patients. I'm sorry if this review has offended you. EDIT: It is very unethical of you to post diagnosis of your patients online. You are breaching confidentiality by doing so. You derived this diagnosis from whatever I mentioned in my review. If you listened to my history properly, you could have come up with a proper diagnosis.

I went there to do hydrafacial a few months back. I had consultation with Dr.divya. She was very friendly and recommended very good products that suited my skin very well. But my hydrafacial experience was terrible. My skin became more darker and my pigmentation increased a lot after their treatment. Also I think the procedure was done in a hurry. I called them back regarding the issue, their doctor recommended a serum to apply on face. Still dint do any improvement on my face. I dint return back to the clinic after this experience.

I was suffering from severe acne issues, and I consulted the doctor at Serene. I told them all my history and issues. I continuosly took the medication as per doctor's instructions. 3 chemical peeling and extra medications were completed and it cost me about 15,000 rs. Still, they were not able to cure my acne, not even a little bit.

It was a very good experience with the team. Sonia ma'am explained the process in a very understanding manner and was very friendly. We weren't much aware of the procedure and was a bit skeptical but after ma'am explained the process, it felt much better than any other kind of hair removal.

I came to serene with many skin problems Facial hair,Acne,pigmentation I have consulted many clinic for facial hair removal but the result I got from serene is magical within 3 sessions I could see a drastic change in the growth as well as pigmentation. Doctor was ready to hear my problems patiently and advised treatment for that.Even though it is a slow process I completly trust the procedure. Updating the review to provide a little more detail. I had a lot of acne and scarring a year back. So 2 months prior to my wedding, I started my treatment and my skin has been great ever since. So for brides would definitely recommend over the generic facials as this would be tailor made for each person. The doctor and the entire team is absolutely amazing, I still continue to reach out for care and maintain treatments and would really recommend as a "go to place" for all skin troubles. I’ve visited Serene multiple times but today I’ve had the worst experience. I booked an appointment for my daughter Gianna and husband Sandeep for 3:30 PM today. We were on a super tight schedule with another doctor’s appointment and kept telling the staff the same. The staff informed the doctor but we were not seen . We waited an hour and just walked out since we had to make it to our other appointments. The whole point of an appointment was not honoured and I just feel that it was super unprofessional of them to give us zero clarity. As much as I like Dr. Sonia , I had a very bad experience today.
