Not sure where to begin. We brought my 2020 BMW (my 10th BMW) with us when we moved to Portugal this year. Took the car to Santogal to get an estimate on the changes needed to comply with Portuguese and EU standards. In stead they charged me €126 for a letter saying it was impossible and telling me to show the letter to the inspectors. The letter says the vehicle can not be modified, something that is not true. They also directed me to BMW.pt to get help getting on to connected drive and they are equally as unhelpful and frankly either incompetent or uninformed telling me that it is impossible, again something that is not true

Went there a few weeks ago too get a problem solved. Now the same problem has returned and it seems to be impossible to make an appointment to get my car repaired.

45 minutes waiting to pick up the car after oil change. Car was ready 3 hours before. Then, the alarm for oil change was not reset and there was nobody available to reset it. Have to come back another day. What a premium experience... Thank you BMW Oeiras!

Very professional & friendly service.

Typically, auto stands in Portugal are horrible with even worse service. You can walk in and look around and nobody approaches you. This place was very nice and I was greeted by an extraordinary man named Francisco Tavares who made me feel welcome. I did a test drive with a lovely young lady, Ana Resende who really knew her stuff about cars. Another rarity in Portugal. I give this place 5 stars because of my experience with these two individuals. Fantastic.
