All ice-cream machines out of order (?!). No cashiers, only "self-service" stations, ~half of which closed. ~30 minutes to pay + ~30 minutes to get a hot dog. No milk after 20:00 (?!). Otherwise good. Friendly, helpful staff.

Although IKEA has some good products at reasonable prices, I think their delivery costs are unreasonable. I believe if you order over a certain amount of money, it should be free of charge. For example if you spend 400 Euros or more, it would seem reasonable to accommodate for free delivery. It is also frustrating, as if you want to order something for 100 Euros or less each time, you basically wouldn't. Because the cost of delivery of 40 Euros becomes significant if you wanted to make separate orders for smaller amount of purchases. IKEA needs to change their delivery pricing strategy to accommodate for these issues mentioned. For example I wanted to order a mirror for 30 Euros, but the delivery is 40 Euros. If just isn't reasonable and they are losing customers in this way.

Terrible service! IKEA deceives people! We waited for the order for a week, then the manager called and said we had to wait another week because they didn't see our online order! Irresponsible and offensive!

A terrible delivery service. They messed up a delivery - wrong address - and wanted me to pay the delivery fee again. In customer service they were rude and inflexible. A girl actually hung up the phone in my face!

Experienced IKEA in UK and Portugal. All clones, presently all stores are struggling with low stock levels. Would suggest if you see something you like pay 5€ to reserve, at least you won't have a wasted journey.

Loads to choose from. Do not go alone, especially if you have just moved to Portugal. You'll get stuck with a full cart and then won't be able to find another one, and it'll be just as well because you'll have forgotten about trying to add your boxes from the pickup aisles on the second huge cart. Then you'll embarrass yourself going through the checkout because you forgot to write down your NIF so you could use your foreign credit credit card, and then the IKEA staff at the self checkout will keep asking if you're okay and you'll refrain from sobbing while you wait for your awesome landlord to send you it, at least until you make your way to Click and Collect. Then you'll realize that your "friendly" credit card company has decided to deny Uber and Bolt your request for an XL, and yet again, your landlord will save the day and order one from his phone. Great place. The Girl Scouts say to be prepared for good reason.

Very bad experience today, no more cashiers except the lecturing freaks at the self checkout... Got a list of things to pick from a counter but most of the items which we were choosing, wasn't in the storage. Also the machines for self checkout aren't smart enough to bring a set together. On top of all that, one of the pseudo cashier's started stressing my 67 year old mother in law and us with 3 kids to proceed with the payment even though, we've been in the process of paying. I think in my next shopping I'm gonna go back to locals. Very bad experience

Onetime use papercups only, cheap fast food feeling and not sustainable. Yes it is cheaper but not nicer. By the way your employees use the glass and ceramic cups in their private area. Also I do not like the self service checkout at all. Everything got more expensive and on top I need to do the work employees did before for me. Despite most products now coming from China and Portugal being directly at the sea, many items are more expensive than in Germany, Switzerland or even Eastern Europe.

Best place ever if you have small kids on a rainy day. The playground for kids above 3 is now open and can entertain for 2 hours the kids. Besides this, the place is all family-friendly, restaurant with highchairs, microwave, and food for kids, for a non-expensive price. Enough places for them to play around exposures with some toys. Toilets have all necessary for babies and the checkout has a grocery and snacks bar for the still hungrier.

Terrible service. Returned a dishwasher 600€ broken from purchace 3 weeks ago. They say i have to contact their supplier and they will come to my quinta (4×4 access only so they cant reach me). No refund, no replacement, cant even leave the machine for assessment. I just did a 6 hours round trip. Tourists coming ...no dishwasher. This is not legal as my contract is with ikea not their supplier.....beware. lots of other better places for appliances

If you’ve shopped IKEA anywhere you know what to express as the sell their vast lineup of built itself furniture and thousands of accessories and foods. If you have just moved it is a great place to serve as an important part of your new decoration. New to Portugal we traveled fifty minutes to boy some bedroom furniture and other favourite decor items. Lisbon store was quite large and delivery schedule is really dependable.

Easy to get to, easy to park, we were very quick - just 10 mins and we were out with the goods.

Have seen it again and as said before nothing real inventive new. Just another trendy colour I'm afraid that ikea is on a dead end street. Google is asking if my opinion is changed overtime and the answer is no. Today another visit and i have to change my comments from before. We have seen new trends, colours and the total feeling is of a refreshing. On top of this the case out till are full self operating which concurs with this time of electronic operations.

Easy to spend a few hours here if you're looking for home decor ideas. English breakfast was great value at Euro 3/-, but I wouldn't repeat the experience. Toast was dry and felt like a tongue scraper! Sausages were plain boiled and tasted like nothing I can describe! Best to stick to the shopping.

We have visited this site several times and found the food court is fast and clean and the store experience meets expectations. Whether Sunrise, Florida or Lisbon, Ikea's remain pretty consistent worldwide. 👍

A typical IKEA store. The only issue that we have been having of late is that a good number of specific things that we have gone to purchase are not in stock. Additionally no one knows when they will arrive.

Pretty much like any other IKEA in the world except in accessibility for non car users. There are places for bicycle parking but unlike IKEA Germany where I am used to shop, there are no bicycle racks nor bicycle paths (this is not IKEAs fault). But the marked areas for bicycle parking are completely unsuitable. I end up locking my bicycle to a nearby Billboard. Except for what I just mentioned, it is good place for shopping. With a few tricks you can make you home or kitchen really stylish with very little investment. Many accessories are great bargain and good quality/price ratio overall

Your typical IKEA, very big, all articles available. Many visitors just filling time on the weekend, so if you know what you want avoid coming at busy hours.

The customer service is great and all the staff is super friendly and polite. In addition this IKEA is normally not too full, but unfortunately many products are missing in the stock so that’s why I gave 4 stars.
