È un condominio all'interno del campo da golf molto curato e sorvegliato. All'interno c'è tutto ciò che occorre il supermercato Super core di El Corte Ingles, e al pianura superiore il cinema. Il Sushi "Sushi fashion" che è favoloso, ristorante, palestra etcc
