We continued waiting but in the office's waiting room and in sight of the "receptionist." She spoke on WhatsApp and sang but without receiving. A lady came out with her daughter from being treated and there she gave them the necessary attention and planned their next visit. They left and everything continued as if nothing had happened. After this show, my wife got tired and told us to leave but first she went to the bathroom. She came out and a person entered the waiting room (no one else had entered until then) and greeted her. We left and went to attend another dental office that is opposite and they treated us kindly but on Monday holiday they are going to see a dentist. In short, the rating itself and the bad experience was due to the "receptionist". I can't say anything about the dentist because we couldn't cross that fence.
