I normally do not right review when staying in hotel as I work for the industry and tend to look into details but this time I really wanted to leave some notes. The stay was amazing from the begigging was very well welcomed from Raul which from the start made my stay personalized. As i am allergic to lactose he arrange for my breakfast everyday mik lactose free, i got to choose everyday from different options what i wanted for breakfast which was delicious. On my last day they even arranged my breakfast at 4,30am! Addtional to this, Raul always helped with everthing along my stay, PCR, tips, transportation. The room was confortable and lovely decoration and the hotel has a small boutique museum inside as well. Location is great! A special thank you to Raul, i will come back for sure!

Monserrat gives a great look into the history and art of the city and we enjoyed our time wandering around the city streets, eating delicious food, going to a tango show, a winery, and so much more. Service was absolutely fantastic and the hotel situated right in the center of the historical part of town and very walkable. The hotel is well designed and art thoughtfully placed.
