Nice clean, modern, quiet place. The evening guys were super nice. However, check-in literally took 30 minutes (not sure why but the receptionsit said the system was slow). Then, on check-out day, I was sitting in the reception area waiting for it to stop raining (this was at 10:05, check-out is at 10:00 and I had already vacated my room) and I was told that I needed to leave the building at 10:00 aswell. I asked if I could stay a little bit more and then after 30 minutes she was like "you need to leave now". I was just reading quietly on the sofa 😭😭 Seems a bit harsh to leave this review just because of one member of staff - because the place itself is nice, but just thought the feedback would be useful for you. I've never been asked to physically leave the building at check-out time! I was told it was hostel policy.

The common spaces at the hostel are very nice, but I really couldn’t sleep because the hostel is located on a busy street and the windows are from the 1950s which cannot be closed and there is 0 sound proofing. I had to buy ear plugs for my second night there … You also have to pay a security deposit with a specific kind of credit card which we didn’t have (even though we provided 4 types of cards and said we can pay cash) so we had to ask a friend to give us all his credit card details … Also my bedsheet had stains on them

Sooooo Nice! This really comfy, and completely new hostel gave us the opportunity to visit Buenos Aires thanks to its great position! Rooms are nicely organised as a Japanese hostel, for instance, they took care of every single detail. Nice materials and warm people make you feel like home. Prices are honest! I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a trip in Buenos Aires in a young and versatile way.

This hostel is amazing! It's all new and modern, the kitchen has all you need to prepare your own meals. The staff is really nice and gives you a lot of advices, I extended my stay cause I felt like home. I definitely recommend to stay there!

The first view is brilliant! Nice location, good looking. Unfortunately the noise is too much. In explain why: First of all the hostel is next to the Av de Mayo. The street is enormous busi and loud. Lot of bus and trucks driving there and the windows have no noise insulation. It was like the idling garbage truck parked next to my bed from 6 am to 8 am. No sleep possible. Furthermore the beds made out of metal are looking good, but you can here every movement every step on the ladder. Even if someone walks in the room without touching any bed it makes noises. At least you cannot close the room door without heavy noise. Btw I am not picky or super sensitive. Even I do not hear as that good as a other person. Btw to enter the hostel you have to go into a normal inconsiderable house entrance, no big sign, only a small logo. I couldn't find it in the beginning. It's in the first floor.

If you're looking for an amazing experience stop looking this is your place!!! Franca City Hostel es a mi entender el lugar mas inteligente para hospedarte Durante tu aventura en Buenos Aires, ya sea x placer, Negocios o Turismo, este lugar es una gran Alternativa para considerar.

Really god saty, Great place, the staff is awesome, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, I like the hostel concept and style.

It was located in the city center & had a subway in the same block to basically go anywhere. The workers were also nice & the bedroom was clean & spacious. I recommend it🙌🏾

I booked a reservation, then got a message the next morning on the date of arrival by telling me that they can't accommodate my request or provide any accommodation due to whatsoever repair reason. Meanwhile, the property is still open for new reservations on the website. Their customer service is terribly slow and not effective in doing their jobs. Interesting, perhaps just do whatever they wanted, without a proper business ethics. The hostel refused to honor any reservations. Well, I suggest the best choice would be filing an official complain to their booking platforms so booking could take reasonable decision then. When I stayed there before, sometime I felt the staff was trying to lecture me when I asked a question, eg, this is hostel, bla bla bla.. Beware, if you book this hostel...

I loved the place. So in the center. Easy to find everything if it’s your first time here.

Nice modern hostel. Great staff and probably the cleanest hostel I've ever been in, that said it was still dusty on the floor, and under the bed. Kitchen is a nice place to meet other guests, but cooking isn't great as the stove is an electric one, but the worst part is not having good cooking pans, there's only a couple of wonky ones that don't heat well on the hotplates. Shower could also do with a shelf or something to put toiletries on.

We ended up doubling our length of stay at Franca City Hostel because we liked it so much. The location is perfect for exploring Buenos Aires and the staff were so helpful.

Very clean and modern hostel!! 👌 perfect for someone looking for a relaxed place where you can meet new people. In addition, it's perfect for anyone working remotely thanks to the dedicated co-working area (for no extra charge).

The hostel is well located and the staff is nice. It has a beautiful design and the installations are very comfortable. I spent one night and would definitely go back. Super recomendable! :)

(+)i had a wonderful stay, place was conducive for making friends and doing work. they had the whole second floor dedicated for that. big kitchen with a refillable water station (save plastic bottles!). Hostel workers were great, especially Sebastian and a brazilian girl/student who just started out there, they were helpful and tried their best with everything that i had questions about. Last but not least, kudos to the cleaning lady, hostel was spick and span for the week i was there, even when it had 100% capacity. (-)The first few nights i was given a bed that kept creaking, i felt bad when i got in super late at night. only the bedframe was filmsy, bed was alright. And this is why it is not a 5 star. They needed my credit card number, security pin and expiry date. not sure if it was stored or not but i was very unhappy that they needed/had full access to my credit card details..

Good & clean hostel in central BA for a good price. The beds (3 layers!) are very comfy & lots of storage. Not a social vibe tho.

Very modern facilities, curtains are a nice touch but the walls separating rooms from the living area are paper thin.

It's a beautiful hostel, really comfortable; near to many touristic places. I had a great experience there. Moreover its staff is so friendly. Very recommended.

I finally found a place in BA where I can stay and enjoy amazing architecture in an authentic classical porteño building! Beds are amazingly comfortable and the co-work concept really works well, having been able to set up different meetings during my stay. But best of all: beers were always freezing cold!
