Wow... Little place in heaven. Great place to overnight and have a traditional home style lamb chops served with mixed veg on a bed of rice. Bedrooms was very nice and neat with a modern take on that tradition cottage look. Amazing art catches your eyes all over the cottage and restaurant. Friendly and accommodating staff. Well done guys.

We stopped here while passing through the town after it was recommended to us by a local. Having no expectations we were pleasantly surprised to find a very neat and well presented place. Inside it is very elegant and outside is very cozy with a nice atmosphere. The food was amazing and they are not shy on the portions for what you pay. I would definitely recommend.

Third or fourth time we had dinner here. Every time it has been excellent. This time we had the Karoo lamb shank. It was superb, the meat fell off the bone and the red wine reduction was delicious, most complimentary. The vegetables were a great accompaniment. The service was outstanding, just as in the absolute best of restaurants. We had a lovely evening. Before and after photos of the shank follow.

This was "The Perfect Meal!" My steak was PERFECTLY done, the veggies were delicious... lovely salad & dressing! My daughter absolutely LOVED her pizza!!! Service was EXCELLENT, most friendliest people who served us. I will drive 700km again with a smile for your food.... especially your steaks!!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!

Honestly, the BEST dining experience we've had in colesburg to date! We've tried a number of the other restaurants, and this is hands-down the best overall! Pricing is excellent, with the favourites coming in around R160 for a main dish. All the dishes arrived quickly and were exquisite! Pizzas were delicious, with a thin crust and plenty of toppings and cheese. The fillet was perfectly prepared, delicious, tender and a generous portion too. Lamb shank was outstanding, tender, flavourful and generous too. All the sides were freshly prepared and excellent. Our waitress (Jody) was polite, fun and efficient. Even my 7 year old son was smitten with her funky personality. 😅 Honestly, I can't stress how good the food and pricing was. Drinks... They have a number of house mixers on tap - pink gin and tonic was vibrant and fresh. Beer and wine selection was pretty diverse with many favourites. The atmosphere was very chilled and perfect for a family, friendly or romantic outting. Seating catered for indoor, outdoor and something in-between. Desert selection was diverse and pretty good... But the mains were definitely the highlight.

A little gem in the middle of the Karoo. The lamb shank was amazing and our waitress Maryna was superb. Her recommendation on the skaapstertjies was super tasty. Lekker Karoo kos😋

SPUR, please send your chefs to Inni Kraal so that they can be taught how to make proper Buffalo wings. I will never eat anything else from their menu. Their on tap selection is also of high quality.

Cosy warm atmosphere and amazing Pizza

Superb meal and evening out during our overnight stay in the quaint village of Colesburg. The food was delicious and great value… We had the fillet steak which was perfectly done served with yummy veg and crispy fries. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tasty. Wine was extremely well priced and the service from Micaela our friendly waitress was great.

Awesome! Had the 'Inni Kraal' Pizza, some of the Buffalo wings and the Apple crumble for desert. All of these were amazing. Service was great and manager and staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

This place has really good food. Please try the beef liver as well as the lamb potjie. The lamb is really of the highest quality and melts in the mouth. The staff is also very friendly and Afrikaans speaking. The facility is very clean and cozy, with a fireplace adding to the ambiance. Candle light adds to a romantic atmosphere. I gladly propose a visit.

Authentic Karoo-style restaurant with a touch of continental food. Warm, friendly staff - Maryna, in particular with her beautiful smiling eyes, that resonate genuine care and kindness. Was surprised by how good the pizza was! My sister also thoroughly enjoyed the lamb shank. Drinking an R&R is a must though. Refreshing goodness to soothe the Karoo heat.

One of those restaurants that surprises and delights in all the right ways. The service is happy and snappy, the food is genuine and hearty, and the entire vibe is one of wholesomeness. A wonderful little find that deserves all the support that comes it's way. Keep it up guys!

Definitely the best place to visit when passing through or stopping over in Colesberg. If you like Craft Drinks and Amazing Pizza, Inni Kraal is the place to be.

Lovely restaurant. The food is excellent with a cosy fire crackling while you rest tour wierry bones from a day of travelling. You need to stop and enjoy a lovely meal at Inni Kraal.
