I've been stopping🛑🛑 at this Shell Filling Garage⛽⛽ for the past 5 years and I have never get disappointed 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Lovely pit stop! Ladies restroom has beautiful flowers and is clean. So lovely to see someone take the time and effort to make weary traveller's feel refreshed. Thank you so much. Guys at the pumps were very friendly as well. Thank you!

Not a great experience. Dirty bathrooms. Cafe inside the store is not on standard like a normal Vida Cafe. Coffee tasted like sour milk and toasties (if you can call it that, because it was in pieces) had old tomato on.

I have always rated this station very well in the past however if it was not for the clean facilities I would not even considered even giving them the single star provided herein. I am very, very, very disappointed in the fuel provided from this station, between 2 other shell refills on the same day, Point A - B = 9.87km/l, Point B - C = 8.31km/l and Point C (this station) and Caltex Beauford West Point D, my consumption dropped to 4.87km/l, my vehicle had poor acceleration, no performance and no power it became so bad that trucks where overtaking me. Between point B - D an additional +/- R1000 was wasted in rubbish fuel. please can someone from your offices provide me with contact information of Shell South Africa so that I can formally lodge an complaint with them as well. Those wishing to embark on the long journey please consider my comment with the utmost importance, before you loose your hard earned money and sustain damages to your vehicle as I have experienced. Thanks goes to Nuveld Motors that provided me with clean fuel to continue my journey further.

Vida E service AMAZING. Asked to rinse my baby's bottles, and they washed it, sterilized it in the microwave and the coffee too was WOW!! Really great! Thank you for the friendly and helpful staff.

What a surprise the fresh flowers in the restrooms were after driving through the draught stricken Karoo. I commend the lady creating such cheer! Its an example to every one in our country that we can all make a difference in others lives with however little we have. Lets all spread such beauty!

Easily the worst Ultra City I have ever been to. Bathroom's disgusting. Steer clear. Go to the Engen One Stop just down the road.

Nice and clean, friendly staff.

Stopped for fuel, toilet break and snacks. The windscreen got washed without asking for it and the attendant was friendly and efficient.

Slow but steady decline. Excessive urine smell surrounding the entire bathroom area and take-away entrance.

Great place to stretch your legs, grab a coffee and get something to eat..clean ablution facilities and a petting farm for the kiddies.

To the gentlemen who came running after our car to help us with a cover that had come loose on the bottom of the car, I couldn't be more grateful! I am so impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of the wonderful humans who work here. We would have never known if it weren't for you, they really went above and beyond for us. No help if you have a flat tyre and it’s 40 degrees outside, they say they are too busy. Although when I went into the quick shop there were a bunch of attendants chatting in the shop where it’s air-conditioned. Go Well, just DONT go Shell. The Caltex just up the road was eager to assist!

Was a great stop. Just ran out of food at the steers but the place was clean and tidy

The mens restroom is a bio hazard. 2 stalls in operation with broken locks, no toilet paper, wet floors and shitstains everywhere. All other stalls have been taped off. Absolutely pathetic Didnt even bother to try the quickshop because if the facilities are this dirty I fear for the worse in all other aspects Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Stop at Shell Colesberg two weeks ago and again today. Most toilets and taps out of order. Only 4 lanes open at filling point. Cars stand in line to be helped. What is going on.....why is your place and service going down

Very unsafe place to stop. Kids from the local township kept on harrasing my wife. We could not stand outside our vehicle to relax and eat. Security was nowhere to be seen. Went to find out where the security was, only to find out it was the man sitting there all along just watching what happens not lifting a finger to help. Will not stop there ever again.

Restrooms always clean. Short bit of maintenance and upgrades in restrooms.

Derelict and run down. Half. Of the bathrooms and half of the taps not working Steer franchise unable to provide a simple toasted cheese Give this one a miss and use another petrol franchise instead. Looks like a good one near the Turn off to PE

Pathetic dirty bathrooms taps out of service door locks broken. Dont know how your in operation because absolutely disgusting this places quickly needs intervention from owners to fix place and get rid of workers who allow the place to be in that state. Best of all there was toilet paper and poo water coming out from under one door. Avoid this stop after around 5km there is a 1 stop which is much better.
