Just want to compliment you on your rude staff members. Just asked politely at the counter to please clean the table with a cloth beacuse it was so oily & dirty, a few minutes later the woman comes and throws a wet cloth on the table, without making eye contact or saying anything and walks off, just leaves it there for us to clean up after them. After taking the cloth back to the rude lady they just laugh it off. We were there on Sunday 9 October 2022 between 13:00 and 13:40. Those ladies clearly don't deserve their jobs there as they do damage to your business.

Food is amazing, service is on par... And the restaurant is very clean.

Breakfast - dunked in oil. Can't eat it. Tables and chairs oily and dirty as well as the floors. Not clean at all. Doesn't even deserves a star.

Chandre', the cashier is very rude to customers. She lacks patients and customer service. I would have bought elsewhere if I had the option. Time now is 00:00, steers and other fast foods are closed.

Patties were ice cold. Chlps hot. Coffee okish. Music poor. Service excellent. Sauces poor. Very disappointed. Seems like the changes Steers made is to its detriment.

Had the worst service is have ever had. Food order was taken 3 times before they could get it right, chips was cold and oily when we got it and took exeptionally long

Good place to eat while traveling on the N1, only setback is when it gets busy you will wait for a waiter. Food arrives quickly everytime.

I ordered a toasted egg sandwich-soft yellow, egg white should be set, on white bread. Egg was hard and dry on brown bread.(they just gave me brown bread without consultation)I ate half and packed the other half to go. I asked for a sachet of thousand island sauce. It took a third waiter to tell me there isn't....

The person taking my order didn't understand what I asked for so just rung up the closest thing she could find without checking the order with me. Waited more than 30 minutes, granted it was busy. Food was good though.

A very restful place to eat and relax after some distance of drive. Very spacious inside. Very helpful and friendly service. Clean and neat.

Steers Colesnurg unable to serve a simple toasted sandwich because of a new system. Whatever happened to helping the customer and using an old fashioned receipt

The food was nice, I enjoyed it, but the service was so bad. We literally had to watch our waitress being so nice and effecient to other tables. So we stood up and paid for our food at the till with zero tip.. And we so wanted to do the 100% tip challenge however the girl was just not giving us the time of day. So we did it elsewhere but compliments to the chef's, they really did an awesome job, the chips were nice, beautifully prepared, our Ribs were perfect Milkshakes were top notch so I'm not phased by the bad service, I will definitely visit again

YOU DINE IN - but have to go to a very busy row at TAKE AWAYS and fall in the line and wait 15 minutes to be able to pay. No control, if I was a dishonest person I could have walked out the door without paying, nobody would have noticed. My wife asked for eggs to be scrambled and they brought it wrongly and have to went back to correct it. The food was terrible, no taste, the eggs and bacon very oily, old bread used for toast. They brought our tea and we had to went and ask where are the milk. With the toast we had the same with the butter and jam to go and ask for it. This will be the last time I will ever support any Steers in our Country. Refer to order 139 Table 3 and time was 11:47 payment R185,60 done at 12:33:08 You must go and the people of the Wimpy Group to teach you how to prepare and serve food. I did not want to give any star but google forced me to do so to get this through.
